    Lucky you,  Allstarmikey. I did not get even chat responce when tried to request free spins for the first time. The second time I just was "watered" with a flow of bonus offers in chat and did not get any clear explanation about no deposit free spins.

    Besides, I found they require 50 times rollover bonus+deposit. That's not good.

    Ok, guys, I got a good support from casino representative and now I'm sure I can get bonuses on my deposits. So if you have some issues with their chat support, you can contact casino via e-mail support@betincasino.com and you will be credited with your bonuses. I also found that there are a list of countries restricted from no deposit bonuses, so you should check your eligibility with casino support.
