Who is running "New" US Microgaming sites?

I am curious as to who has bought rights to the games at the US microgaming sites.  Here is a chat with Casino Share US site:

brenda: availability shouldn't be an issue

brenda: who is they? who is software porvider? Who bought rights to the games?
Jeje: Unfortunately, that information is not being published publicly yet, as there are a few corporate details that are still to be finalised... But the look and feel to the casino will remain similar to that of the previous software, as you dont even need to download this new software.
brenda: so, microsoft sold rights to someone else. How can you tell me that it is still a microgaming casino, when it's not?
brenda: I would like to know who is behind this venture, and if they are going to back up players as microgaming did, befor I deposit!

They hope Microgaming takes over?  From who?

"Betware" is the name of the software provider and they have been sub-licenced to provide Microgaming games to the new site.
