WHY DO MOST RTG CASINOS DO THIS??? GRRRRRRRR.....

I normally play at Slots Jungle Casino .... I got lucky on their Slots Jungle game during a "free spin" and hit the max payout for the slot which was over $12,000. Well needless to say I wanted to withdrawl that right away ... that was on a Tuesday .... well according to them it takes 4 "business days" to approve a withdrawal, which seems a little bit ridiculous to me. BUT the real kicker is is that when I went into the cashier to cashout the max I could request at one time was between 500 and 3000. So I requested the $3000 and had to keep the other 10000 in my account. Well feeling a little out of sorts about that I went to live chat and they informed me that you can only request between 500 and 3000 for one withdrawal at a time, but he told me to just do them as separate 3000 withdrawals ... Well guess what? The system told me that I had reached the maximum withdrawal limit and would have to wait until the cashout was approved and sent AND on top of that when they approved the withdrawal they only approved 1000 of it and put the rest back into my account. I was livid and when I inquired they said that management has the right to pay in "increments" .... How ridiculous is that? Its also very bad business in my opinion and shady at the same time. By doing it that way they are banking that you are going to play it all back. That is totally wrong in my opinion. They have no problem taking your full deposit so why should there be a limit on what you can cashout should you just happen to get lucky? What does everyone else think about this practice? AND if you have any suggestions of other RTG casinos that payout quicker and dont do this "increment" crap ... please let me know! Thanks for your opinions!

When playing you have to remember, management has the upper hand, and can just about do as they wish.. If your in fear of playing it back, get their phone number, uninstall, and delete the casino. Keep calling and find out when you can make your next withdraw, and do so over the phone.

I totally agree with you, trpschick.  It's beyond maddening, and it's pure greed on their parts.  And, as someone who's lost this game several times with RTG's, it works for them.

You've got excelent win there trpschick, big congrats for that. Have in mind that sadly most casinos pay huge wins in increments, thus Slot Jungle is not an exception (difference is only how big those increments are). What I think its important is that you will get payed, so my only advise is to remain patient and dont reverse it.

Few answers:
1. Yes, you can request up to $3000 per withdrawal. That is the reason that the system prevented you from requesting higher amount (doesn't matter if you split it to 7*500 or anything else, since it limits to $3000 pending).

Regarding the cashed amount: yes, there are steps of payments that the casino can make. I'll check up on yours and see why you were limited since you are a long time player with our brands.

Great hit.  Unfortunately Slots Jungle is known for their small minimum payouts.  I normally play larger bets and make larger deposits.  I would never think of playing at slots Jungle or Win Palace.  Stay strong and keep the money in there.  Let us know how much they are paying you at a time, and how often.
