  • ok, i'm pretty sure that this post might get some panties in a twist, but , I feel this needs to be said.

why have an exclusive promo with a known rogue casino?

i'm sure that many people will find this website simply by searching google for free chips, and won't even have a clue what a rogue casino is.

is enticing people to deposit at a known rogue really worth whatever they kick back to the site?

  • It's been said over and over, those are some of the most popular free chips, so even though they are rogue, and listed as such, a lot of people still like using them.  Nobody here is leading anyone to any slaughter, anyway.  Just adults passing around info.  If other adults use that info without putting any thought into what they are doing, well, too bad.

  • i'm not talking free chips here. im talking contest. deposit required.

  • Which casino are you referring to specifically max1mike?

    blue

  • I believe he is talking about This is Vegas. It has been bought up by others but is still considered a rogue casino.
Here it has not even a warning next to it.
    Or it is another casino...

  • Tirilej, you are correct.

This is Vegas is now under the Cocoa, Paradise 8 umbrella and is not a rogue casino.

I don't think it could possibly be that one.

    blue
  • They stole $80 000 from a player, claiming he had broken rules playing only slots. He didn't brake any rules at all but the casino refuse to pay him...and then they sold it. Smart move.
I would'n play there ever again.

You are free to google. "This is Vegas, rogue"  and you can read for yourself.

  • cocoa and paradise 8 are also on many "not recommened " list that i have seen.

  • Might i contribute by playing a ND chip and meeting wager requirements , if like in my case with a RTG lately , i hit a 10 grand jackpot and turned it over to the casino , of course that is or chances with these casinos in some cases? Am i right here?

  • Well you can never cash out a jackpot from an RTG-casino playing a free chip, or anywere if there is a max cashout rule with the nd-bonus, so that is not really the same we discuss here.

  • I think the point i was trying to make is that every casino's pay out are at the discretion of the casino at the moment and for the player, always the final decision is the casino. Whether or not they have a steady flair for not paying or paying is for us to decide them rogue. Not my intent to discomfort anyone in the thread, you are my new fellows.

  • Well, in this case, that they did this (Almost a year ago) and then sold the company to a new outfit is what is in the past. Now they are under new managemnt (Ownership) and so if you don't want to risk playing due to fears of what may occur, that is your choice.

But to blame a casino for what occured in the past from previous owners is like shooting the Neighbor for what the previous one did to you 5 years ago.

  • The casino rep JSM_Jason has only ever treated every player fairly and in accordance with the rules of their casino.

  • i never said anything against jason. i was simply pointing out that I thought it odd that this site would want to have an exclusive promo with ANY casino that has "questionable" background. you are correct. it is indeed my choice, but then again i have been around for years, so i make very informed choices as to who gets my deposits. i would just hate to see someone less informed, win the contest and get screwed because they have some "violation" of some other white label rival T&C's

i wish everyone nothing but the best, i also wish you could have such a contest at a...ummm...lets just say, different casino. smiley

  • Aye at each and every casino .. er uhm ,, all of them!! that wager would pay somewhere heck

  • thanks for the good wishes and let me add that i feel for now lets see if players get paid before we condem the casino thanks for the contests u bring blue wink thumbs_up

  • funny how we accept that..."well, lets play and hope we get paid". smiley

    and thanks blue. smiley

  • Max,

Your concern for the player simply surfing the web and not knowing any better is very compassionate. YOU the players decide whether or not a casino is rogue. When we get enough complaints then it is seriously considered to be added to our Warning list.

They have since sold the casino and i don't know if the verdict is out yet with the new ownerships reputation. Have players got shafted? I would like to hear feedback.

I realise that max1mike and of course as you say, it's everyone's choice to deposit at any casino or not..  I was just saying what I have seen on LCB.

Exclusives are not posted "lightly".  These are serious contests where members are spending their money and should they be lucky enough to win a prize, they will be paid.

    blue
  • just curious...is the prize cash?, or bonus money with a playthrough? what will be the playthrough if there is one? max cashout?

see, none of those items are in the contest thread, and as far as I saw, nobody who is participating has even asked.

sure it looks great in theory, $50 can get you a $1000....but it is?

  • I think they do a great job here of explaining the rules, and if you have a question, just ask!  I also think that if it's a cash prize, like MANY of the contests here, that is abundantly clear in the post.
If it's a prize you win at a casino, you should assume that it is a "bonus" prize and has terms and conditions like any other bonus.  I wish there weren't terms and conditions, but there are.

  • I see you do not like their contest, ok, no biggie, but for me and some other members do enjoy it.  The contest prizes are like free chips, they will come with conditions like playthru and max cashout, etc.  We normally just deposit to the casinos with the bonus and that's it, win or lose, it depends on your luck.  The contest encourages us for sure, b/c we know we still have a chance to win something else, it doesnt matter if you win or lose on your deposits.

It appears to me as if you are feeling there is some underhanded "pull the wool over the eyes" of members at LCB. That is a shame that you would lack such confidence in our efforts.

I would like to state that the work, time and effort that Blue has put into these exclusive contests are to make this forum fun for members. They are not "prepackaged" contests from the casino. All these contests are created by the the staff member who posts them. We would put a lot of effort and time trying to create exclusives we think you will enjoy.

And i am sure i don't speak for myself when i say i get very excited every time i do put up a contest or an exclusive ND chip because i am hoping it brings enjoyment to all.

We are not the enemy and not out to get you. We are not some fly by night forum that doesn't try to bring the best to you that we possibly can.

This particular contest involves three casinos and as Blue has stated in her post TIV "newly acquired" with the intent of bringing awareness to that fact shows her integrity.

  • i knew this would turn to s**t.

f*** it. remove me as a member here.

all i was trying to do was help out some who may not have been aware that a casino you are promoting ripped off a player of $80,000.

heres a little something you might like to ponder after im gone...

When you buy a business all assets and liabilities get transferred.

If there are concealed debts the correct thing would be for the player to recover them from the new company and the company would recover the amount from the previous owners.

has the "new" TIV paid the player that the old TIV stole $80,000 from?

  • i knew this would turn to s**t.

    max1mike, this sounds like a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I don't see what the problem is.  You posted, we replied, all was good.  How has it all gone to sh*t?  Why do you want to leave?  I don't mind if you do, or don't.  That's your choice.
I've contemplated it myself from time to time, but I'm still here. Most of my thoughts were due to my own self and my own assumptions, and I know I'm not perfect so tried to forgive myself and remember nobody here is out to get me (that I know of) and everyone here has been helpful and some have been so supportive.  I support your question, even though I misunderstood it at first.  I support your right to your opinion.  And I have no idea about TIV because I can't seem to get a download to work.
If you want to leave, leave.  If you want to come back, welcome back!  You are always welcome here, along with your thoughts and issues.
  • I think it was great that you told everyone. Not all are members in other forums, but many are. Many people starts here and move on to other forums.
I honestly don't know why I stay, but one of the reasons is to help new players. If I don't think someone in trouble can get help here I send them elsewhere.
As I said before, I'm not here to make friends, I don't feel I have any, and I will not be missed if I'm gone.
I like many of you, and I like many things about this forum, and it has become better, but...
The day it stoppes supporting all the rogues casinos that is the day I will feel proud to be a member here. It has getting so big that it shouldn't be necessary any longer.
Many people would come here anyway, and maybe they should stay. People move on for different reasons but I know so many that has left because they feel like me.
Now I have told you what I think, and I probably stay anyway. Maybe I can help one more.

I changed your bad language as you know this is not acceptable.  I really don't understand why you have changed your tone from one of "discussing things" to "anger".  I'm surprised and disappointed.

Also, what I don't understand is why you never wrote this info (not the bad language bit) in your first post.  If you wanted to warn players, why not tell them the info straight off?

I'm sorry that you have decided to go as I, along with I'm sure many others, find your posts both interesting and informative and you surely will be missed (but not the bad language).

    blue
  • Sorry, I wrote the wrong reason for why This is Vegas were rogued.

The player was accused for a chargeback at Slotocash, before he even had signed up and played at TIV. The player was cleared at Slotocash and could keep playing there, but TIV took that as a reason not to pay the player. As Mike said. It carry over to them who bought up the casino so I don't think they are good to go.
It was eleven month ago yes, but until they pay they will be rogued.
No, I know, not at this forum.
Thanks Mike for bringing this up.

  • I hate to see you go too Max1Mike.  It's a given there is a business relationship between LCB and the casinos listed.  I can also see part of the negotiation is that members are also treated fairly by casinos (as it would be bad for business on both sides).

Besides, bettors need advocates as online casinos may not maintain the same level of service day to day.

  • I guess Blue you could keep explaining things till your (No pun intended) "Blue in the face" and still people will whine and cry about it.

  • TiV is not a rogue casino just because some other sites claim so.

We are the LCB and what other sites do or say is of no importance for us what so ever.

Now let me say that we havent got a complaint regarding this issue and therefore there is no ground to place them on our warning list.

However I am familiar with this issue as it was mentioned before on our forum by one of the members ( but not by the player itself ). I did have a talk with previous owner of TiV about this.

Basically what I was told sums to this:

Player was involved in charge backs with Rival casinos. The MO of this player was to make a big deposits, try to win big and cash out. In case player lost the money they would do the charge back.

In case you have any questions I suggest you to contact Jason whos casino rep for TiV now.

It's a given there is a business relationship between LCB and the casinos listed.

Ofc there is. We do run a business here, but we do advocate the fair gaming and are always available to assist our players.

If some of you want to leave then its your prerogative, but Im not gonna tolerate any attacks on LCB. All the warnings we have placed, warning list, direct casino support board and our personal involvement in resolving player issues, is showing we are looking out for our members. If some you dont see it that way then you can always find more "suitable" place. Either way its your choice.

    cheers
    Zuga

  • Okey, I give up and leave!
Thanks for the time and everything I have learned on the way.
    Good luck everyone!

    Sara

  • good luck to you too

  • Thx for clearing that up Zuga. It personally makes me sick to see how quickly players will swing to one side without all the facts.

  • Thanks Zuga for your powerful yet very fair words.

  • Blue, can you remove the bad word from the quote in my post?

    thanks very much.

    Thats simply impossible.
Rivals, all Rivals, have a central database for fraudsters cq chargebackers, and as soon as your name appears on that list you wont be able to deposit anywhere anymore, and all your pending withdrawls are immediately confiscated.
Taadaa recently found out how this system works (which was also totally unfair, but fortunately solved), and its extremely effective.

So how come this player still has accounts in good standing at other Rivals?
The 'chargebacks' were at Sloto, and Sloto reinstated his account, as there were no chargebacks.

TIV simply had no money to pay the player, and that previous owner is lying, as usual.
  • thanks blue and gl to tiri whatever u do wink
