        I had to open this topic,because I found out that winaday.com is a casino that you should not deal with.I recently open a account there during a special no deposit promotion of 75$ ,wager 20x and tried to withdraw with Moneybookers 150$ the max cashout that you can withdraw from this bonus. After I waited almoust one week,that my withdraw to be proceeded (they proceed their withdraw only Wednesday) , guess what ? they suspended my account without any reason!!!

        They don't ask me any kind of documents,or prove of my existance,they didn't ask my phone number or call me,none. They just suspend my account and accuse me of multiples accounts wich is swear that is not so..I had only my account ,and I don't use to create multiples account because I knew that 20x or 30x wager is very hard to achieve and almoust imposible,but this was my first time when I manage to wager such a big bonus and such many times,but I found out that even if they fix a lot of requirements ,they are not paying at all ,since you work hard to wager so much.


        After that I contact their representative from this forum Hillary Stovall,wich of course doesn’t want to help me and told me that she can’t help me,then I spoke with “blueday” the moderator  of the topic with exclusive winaday.com promotion of 75$ no deposit bonus, he told me the same thing.

        I really don’t care about that money, but I would like to warn you regarding this scumbag casino,and the fact that you may lost your work and money just because they will accuse you to have multiples accounts ,without asking any proves from you ,like documents as national ID,billings or any prove of your existance,so be carrefull because you may lose your money and you winnings depositing there.

        As you know, there is little that can be done for you.

        I can only suggest you ask for proof of the multiple accounts.

        I appreciate your warning, however Hilary Stovall is nice, and very helpful. If she couldn't help you it was probably with pretty good reason. Blueday, "Blue" will go out of her way to help as well, but if YOU did something wrong then their hands are tied.

        I dont think Winaday is a "bad" casino, I dont deposit there, and really have no plans on doing so in the future, but for a whole different reason. I just dont enjoy their games.

        I understand your frustration I really really do, However coming onto a forum and calling a casino a "scumbag" is really not going to help your cause. I am not attacking you, Im just telling you to go about it in a different way, maybe without such anger, contact Hilary again, kindly explain your situation, and maybe then she can look into this for you.

        First, thank you MommieMachine, I do try to be nice!

        Unfortunately in this case, my hands are tied. If you check the no deposit bonus thread we had, many people received their winnings without a problem.

        This type of thing is easy to avoid.
        Simply do the following:
        -when signing up use correct information, including phone number, address, etc
        -do not register multiple accounts. If you didn't receive something you think you should have, contact support so they can help you out


        If you follow our terms and conditions your withdrawal will be processed. If you don't, it won't.  Not much else to say...

        Hillary is one of the reps from a casino on the forum that actually is very attentive and helpful.  She also handles business in a very timely manner.  To be blunt..somewhere something was done wrong on the user end it sounds like to me.  If it wasn't and I was in this situation I would find out the problem which you did and then I'm sure the casino will provide proof as to multiple accounts.  Then it is on you to prove it wrong.  If Win a Day was considered Rogue then expecting anything but this would be silly, however they have a decent reputation so far.

        Pena, until you have exhausted all avenues to get your withdrawal I'd suggesting being a little more "tactful" in your approach.  I'm sure you wouldn't want to go out of your way to help someone who didn't treat you with respect.

        If you really don't care if you get the cash then count it as a loss and write a review.  I believe people will take your warning more seriously if words such as "scumbag" are left out.

        I had an issue with a casino that was listed on this forum and I posted about it. 
        After hearing what a great reputation the casino (inetbet) had by MULTIPLE forum members I had to rethink my opinion and regardless of how frustrated I was by how I thought they were wrong I knew all I could do was do my part to get to the bottom of the issue which I did.

        The bottom line is if you are sure you did nothing to violate terms and conditions then do what you can to get your cash out.  On the other hand if you aren't sure you are not in violation then don't make the same mistake at another casino so that next time you can cash out.

        Now, this seems to me as a clear breach of the casino terms and conditions and Im afraid you have no ground for your complaint. Multiple accounts are not allowed. Plain and simple.

        I also have to thanks for all who reply here even their opinion was bad or not.

        to be clear enough I have to say , that after wagering 75$ ,20 times ( 20x) , I had left in my account with 183$,the max cashout was 150$, I requested a cashout using Moneybookers and I had to wait 6 days to be proceeded,since they proceed they withdrawals only Wednesday. Wednesday came with no answer ,and I though to contact them,I contacted and as a reply somebody named Cathy Davidson
        from Billing Department wrote me that I opened multiple accounts ,without asking any proves from me like national ID,billing ,phone number like any others serious casinos will do ( you probably all know the verification procedure) or at least to show some proves of having multiple accounts. This really makes me angry,and that was my reaction,wich I think that is normal for such behavior from a casino to his customers. I think that is very simple for any other casino to aply the same rules,if they are not honest,just e-mail that you have multiple accounts ,close your accounts and have your winnings...

        I don't care about that 183$ even if I work for and wait 6 days for a cashout,but the thought that you may deposit at this kind of casino and remain not just without your money but also suspend your account without any reason,just invoke some fake actions without proves make me to post here my story. I want quality,rather than quantities .As a last word I would have to say good luck with winaday.com casino,but my advice is to avoid them!

        Hi Pena,

        If this wasn't a no deposit bonus, we would consider that. However many people are opening many accounts to get the no deposit bonus and cash out, which isn't the purpose of the no deposit bonus. I'm not saying this was your case, but this is why we must be strict concerning multiple accounts.

        I'm sorry it worked out this way for you but do wish you luck wherever you may play!
