        First off, I generally have NO problems whatsoever with Winaday until tonight.  I contacted the rep and she stated that I would receive a match bonus on my next deposit (Great right???) Well the play through for the match bonus was 2x so I made a 50 dollar deposit and received my 50 dollar match but I noticed another 50 (Total of 150)  I contacted the rep Sage and told her remove the last 50 a mistake was made, I just want to play with the 100 dollars and 2xplay through and she said she could not remove it.  So I asked whats the play through now, well it went from 200 to 650!!!!!!! You wanna talk about feeling hosed, this is not right and unfair.  I asked before I even made a bet to remove that stupid 50 dollars that added 450 dollars playthough from my account and according to the rep she could not.  So here I am 3 minutes later, lost it all bc I had to try and make a 650 dollar play though.  I've never been so angry in my life at a online casino, this is ridiculous.

        jfrye1 that is very unfortunate and I can't blame you for feeling as you do. We do have a WinADay rep on the forum, perhaps a mod will move this to that thread and they can have a look.

        Thank you for the replies everyone, I don't get it how you can't remove an UNWANTED bonus bc it adds so much playthough.  It makes 0 sense.  I hope they make this right bc if not I will never play there again that is for sure.

        well i experienced it before at WINNER casino, they give me another 17 bucks before i completed my WR, but then i asked the live help and they removed it, so i successfully withdrew...:P hehehehe...

        Very unfortunate jfrye1, im really looking forward to see this resolved since i winaday is a great casino with great promos and support.

        650 wager is still low compared to most of the casinos out there but still i would feel exactly the same if i got what i didnt wanted. Its so anoying when casino advertise a promo and when you decide to deposit based on their advertising you get something different.

        Hi Jordan & everyone else around this great forum,

        this is Jack Jelinek, Winaday Casino rep, who will try to shed some light on what happened over the weekend to Jordan aka jfrye1.

        When Sage, one of our Customer Support reps, offered to a match bonus on next $50 deposit back then, you were mere $10 away from your very first $50 bonus for each $500 in deposits.

        This bonus, sort of a cash back that we are now incidentally offering to LCB members in a separate thread - and that you've claimed a few days ago too - is something that we have been offering since the very first day Winaday went online.

        Moreover the bonus is clearly outlined on our promotions page naturally along with slightly higher wagering requirements in this particular case being 10x (=deposit x1, bonus x10), while normally our bonuses only have to wagered once or twice. Something that makes both Winaday and Slotland stand from the crowd of ridiculous offers bearing 40-99x b+d wr!

        I see this was your first time you getting this bonus which might have puzzled you, plus you may also not have been aware of the house policy according to which we don't remove the automatic bonuses such as registration bonus on first 5 deposits, or this particular $50 cashback for $500 in deposits. So it definitely wasn't Sage's fault not to be able to remove the bonus (and the extra wagering requirements) afterwards. Plus we also spoiled you with so many bonuses having just 1-2 wr, lol.


        To conclude ... I'm sorry you felt betrayed by getting a bonus you didn't ask for, but isn't learning about all available bonuses the first thing that every player does when he starts to play at a casino?

        I also see that our customer support has been giving you a truly royal treatment ever since, so to be completely frank, I find it a bit unfair myself trying to blame them for error they didn't necessarily cause, especially when they have been so good to you in terms of granting you extra comps, bonuses, etc.

        Last but not least, I was going to grant you yet another comp as of the inconvenience but I see you've been already granted over $100 since Sat, so all I can do now is toss in a $20 freebie and advice you of a chance to redeem cashbacks on all your deposits made since Jan 1 through a different campaign we have prepared for LCB members. Would that do?
