  • Hi everyone, I was lucky enough to finally put in for a withdrawal at winaday and was curious what the process is? I was told they are processed on Wednesday but would like a little more insider info from those who have with drawled before, any forms I will need to fill out, when can I expect to receive the cash out?
    Thanks!!

  • There won't be any forms to fill out.  You'll just need to send a copy of your ID, credits cards used, and they'll also inform you of what you can actually black out if you so desire.
Then basically as long as you get everything back to them on Wednesday.  They'll process your payout pretty darn quick.  My payout was processed last Wednesday, late Wednesday even.  I got my payout already today.  I would say I was rather impressed with a 5 day turnaround.

  • Thank you!

If you get any probs, we have Jack the rep on the forum but I don't think that you will have any probs jfrye.  Good luck and congrats.

  • Thank you blue, reversed most of it but sticking strong with last 100! Darn, I do this every time!

  • dont feel like the lone ranger-congrats on your win

  • Thanks Rena, it's the same thing every time. I hit something giant or decent then it's like the entire site shuts down on me and it becomes impossible to get a bonus round ect. Just bizarre how you can bet $2 and win 700 on one spin but then you can't get a spin to hit above your original bet for another 600. This is the second time I've done it too! Grrr I hit 900 in video poker and then the site went dry and lost it all. This time I'm atleast getting 100 out of it!

Sorry to hear that.  Don't do that last $100!

  • Deal Blue! I'll let everyone know how the withdrawal goes. Does anyone else experience that at winaday?! You get a big hit then all down hill from there. Wish I would've learned my lesson on the last 900 I blew.

  • That's also because your chancing fate.
It happens at a real casino too I've noticed.  Hit big on one machine, then the rest are money guzzlers.
Also I'm sure part of it is the fact that when I'm playing on won money.  My bets tend to be a bit more larger.  Which even though slot machine manufacturers claim bet size should have nothing to do with the return of what the machine is giving you.
I'm pretty sure somehow in a round about way.  It does matter.  Like if the machine is ready to pay out big, it'll treat a high roller pretty nicely.  Otherwise if it doesn't want to hardly pay out at all, it treats the low roller better.
Then again higher bets do create conspiracies tho.  I'm probably just rambling.

  • Well I blew it but won a random jackpot tonight at bovada. Thank god it covers my losses and puts me way ahead! Now I just hope they pay.

Yay well done on the bovada random jackpot.

We've all been there jfrye and spent back our winnings so you're not alone.  Make sure you withdraw this win at Bovada.  Post in the teetering on reversing your cashout thread for support if you feel tempted to reverse.

Good luck and very well done.

  • if i confessed to how many times i reversed my withdrawal i would win a spot on worlds dumbest  laugh_out_loud whatever u do,try to be strong wink

  • Thanks I felt so stupid last night. I've had that sick/depressing feeling before and it is the worst. Just wanna curl up in a ball, but hit 1400 random on birds of fury thank goodness. Cash out pending and I just saw the reverse forum. I'll be checking it out. Thanks all

  • So I ran into a minor issue with my check.  Apparently since the check is drawn on an account in Canada without any recourse to a US branch.  It's only payable on the bank in Canada.  Apparently my bank wants $35 to process a $30.00 check because the process is different and can't be processed "normally".
So then I tried taking it a check cashing place where the computer flat out said, do not cash.  It's a out of country check.
Tried Wells Fargo, because I figured being a big bank they might be willing to help me.  No dice.
So I e-mailed Win A Day to ask what do with the check.
They said to try to cash it at Bank of America or at another credit union.  Well umm that didn't work either.  Why?  Bank of America same story, need a bank account.  Nothing personal against either Wells Fargo or Bank of America, but I'm actually very, very happy with my current bank.  Granted not near as many branches at those 2 banks, but I have one of the few banks left with a totally fee free account, plus have a rewards debit card.
So now I'm basically stuck with a worthless $30.00 check.  The check is good, but long story short not a place in town will take without opening an account first.
Gah what a pain.  Now time to wait to see what the next step is.
Like I e-mailed them and even like my bank told me.  I would willing to pay the $35.00 processing fee, if the check was worth the fee.  Like for example, I win $100, pay the $35.00 processing fee.  I would still end up with at least $65.00 out of the ordeal and hopefully have some "winnings" left assuming it's more than my deposit.  Yet to pay $5.00 more than what the check is worth really isn't worth it in my eyes.

  • My bank didn't charge a fee for the canadian check I had but they did just yank it out of my account without notice and caused me several OD charges.  They put a 14 day hold on it, but since it was paid within 5 they freed it up.

They also reversed my OD charges since I had never ever asked for that before, which was nice.

Now I know.  Now, if I could only win and get another check from Canada...ahhh...

good luck with your situation.  Maybe the best thing is to ask Winaday to take the check as a deposit and WIN BIGGER!

  • Well see my bank was in the same boat, they took the check.  Processed it like normal, about 10 days later.  I noticed a debit from my account in the amount of the check by the same teller.  So I called her since me and her know each other on first name basis.
She then explained that they had pulled the check out of my account before processing it, because they wanted to explain about the $35.00 charge versus just charging it to me.  Then have me wonder even more on why I'm loosing $5 in the process.  It's just frustrating is all.
It would seem as if Win A Day may have an alternative solution, but I'm going to have to wait til the billing department responds before I can assume for the best.

  • NO bank should ever charge you $35.00 to process at check. If you have an account with them. This alone should be a reason to open another account with a well known brand. You shouldn't be punished by your bank for your money. A bank will rob you just as quick as a casino. $35 here $10 there $5 here $3 there. Add in 10000 customers. That branch is making a killing off making money out of thin air. By charging you fees on your money.  And the bank's money never existed. WOW!

  • Well and normally I would agree with that statement.  Yet honestly this is the first big fee I've incurred with my bank.  I'm banking at one of the few banks where they'll pay for my checks as long as I order there's, get cashback on my ATM card, don't pay a foreign ATM if I don't use one of there's, no monthly fees, or hoops to jump thru to keep my account without any fees either.  So really if because they don't have a direct route to process foreign checks and the people they contract with charges this fee.  I guess I still can honestly live with that.
Tell me the last time your bank bought your checks for you, or even gave you the opportunity to take the check back.  Versus going ahead and processing it for you at a loss.  I would say I have a pretty good bank overall.  Just this as I see it one minor set back.

  • i had a horrible experience (not with winaday or slotland casue they are awesome casino and def ercommned to everyone) but with my bank a few months back because I changed bank and they checked a check foegrein in type u know then was like oh it forgein so they can't do that so then removed the fund from my account didnt tell me any of this at all for over a month and i only found out when I had been waitng ion anothe check like that to be depoing/realsed from the hold they had on it there were so stupid they had it almost a month and was like awaitng on it too clear and said they could not figure out how to do it clear it n were waiting ont he other bank to reply I was like what your a bank that is what u do even thou I no there are only two of you work at this branch it a bank with lots of other branches and people and website and etc. they asking me if i knew how to cash a foreinger check ?? i dont work ther i usaully just got to  a bank and they did i sorry oam mad they were really stupid people thou anyways .......I finally had to ask for it back from them to fix the issue by return it t the casino and then cooking another withdrawl method but I mean really how can a bank hold i check for you check the renmove then bot be able to check and never tell you but it they said not givea exact release date they said it could be a week to months before they can clear it with the bank but that ridiculous because the year before when I was at another bank they just made me wait for like 2 weeks then cleare and depoiyt it into my account no problem everthe check was good the provider of the check was good  the only problem I had was the tellers and th manager at my local branch were appartly dumb ass a box of rocks and I have learn that local is not always better fromt his experience since it cost me alot of money :(  winaday and Slotland are awesome casino and will always work with you to complete a painfree afforable and fast withdrawl option of your chosen Goodluck
