          I haven't played in a while at any casino i was worried that if i win i wouldn't be paid.I cashed out on a free chip at winaday but when i couldn't  get the check cashed (Canadian check)i threw the check away .That was in December .After the review the rep contacted me and after a few PMs things were resolved .It is very unusual for a casino to contact you about your winnings especially after such a length of time .If im not mistaken this is my second positive post about a casino.Maybe there's hope for the USA after all. Winaday has renewed some of my hope.

        Win A Day was always an excellent casino in terms of honest buisiness practice and prompt payouts, excellent customer service and great bonuses with low wagering.

        The only thing they did not have in the past was a good game selection but they are improving even on that field, their latest releases look very promissing

        Well its fast approaching pay day and even though i know the issue will be resolved i dont want to deposit until it does.I have been playing the free play and theres a couple of games i really want to play.Very nice change from RTG (some rtg games are great but sometimes you need a change.)Patience is a virtue but isnt it soooooo hard to be patient .
        Note*i just wanted to add the reason i will wait to deposit is I dont want to take a chance on depositing then money is put in my account and i happen to win.I want a enjoyable experience.

        So sorry to hear it's taking this long, contrary to what we expected. Sadly there is no way to push the 3rd party e-cash partner to speed up the process of cancelling the check on their end
        :'(
