The Winbig21 Casino is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Ive been waiting over 3 months for 1 withdrawal of $399 that has been in reversal withdrawal status since the request date. After claiming a promotion bonus that had 3 stages, I was told to make a $25 deposit to withdraw only the $399 of over $6,400 winnings. So I made the deposit and then was required to register a UPayCard account from their link, which I did immediately. The UPayCard account costed me $9.95, which I am totally in favor of their pay system. WinBig21 requested that I forward the verifying documents to them 3 times, so I did. Now they are telling me that I have to make another deposit using the UPayCard so that they would know that it is acutally me cashing out. In the meantime, I am constantly receiving no deposit bonus emails, waiting for the first deposit, being ignored by emails, chats, phone calls,etc. I receive no responses via email. So I went ahead and accepted using another promotion, met the requirements, and attempted a second withdrawal request, which is still showing in my History as Processing and in Reversal Withdrawal Status. IT IS TOTALLY REDICULAS! But dont give up, if they owe you. I WISH ALL GOOD LUCK WITH THIS CASINO!
