        The Winbig21 Casino is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Ive been waiting over 3 months for 1 withdrawal of $399 that has been in reversal withdrawal status since the request date. After claiming a promotion bonus that had 3 stages, I was told to make a $25 deposit to withdraw only the $399 of over $6,400 winnings. So I made the deposit and then was required to register a UPayCard account from their link, which I did immediately. The UPayCard account costed me $9.95, which I am totally in favor of their pay system. WinBig21 requested that I forward the verifying documents to them 3 times, so I did. Now they are telling me that I have to make another deposit using the UPayCard so that they would know that it is acutally me cashing out. In the meantime, I am constantly receiving no deposit bonus emails, waiting for the first deposit, being ignored by emails, chats, phone calls,etc. I receive no responses via email. So I went ahead and accepted using another promotion, met the requirements, and attempted a second withdrawal request, which is still showing in my History as Processing and in Reversal Withdrawal Status. IT IS TOTALLY REDICULAS! But dont give up, if they owe you. I WISH ALL GOOD LUCK WITH THIS CASINO!

        Me : i know that but you are telling something totally different than the beginning and after my request. when was someone going to contact me with the update.
        Michael : What if we sent the withdrawal and after that you claims that it wasn't my account number, I have entered wrong account number.

        Its amazing how WinBig21 Casino are treating their members. They have very good promotions, and I win a lot on their slots. However, the unfairness and dishonesty is totally wrong and should not be acceptable. LOL, I tried to chat yesterday 11/11/16, and when Michael joined the chat session and immediately left after my inquery was mentioned.

        If anyone has any information on what to do, please let me know.

        we use to have a contact there, but no longer. All the emails went unanswered.They have cheated on so many players that we are just hoping that everyone is doing their due diligence and reading the reviews before making deposits at this and other casinos.
