Winpalace said no more bonuses...

        So I made a withdraw request recently at Winpalace. They are breaking it up. I got the first 500 via ACH and the second half of 800 is approved and on its way. Shortly after the approval email, I got this:

        Dear XXXX

        Due to management decision, your account has been excluded from redeeming coupons.

        Best regards
        Bret Whitmoore

        What prompted this?  Is it because I questioned how they broke up my payout?  Have they decided I "abused" bonuses?  I know some of you have gotten the same.  Too many withdraws?  I fear the slots may tighten up for me now to the point of no enjoyment and/or playtime.

        Welcome to the "Banned Bonus Player" club, Destro!!  WinPalace is owned by the same group as Slots Jungle and the exact same thing happened to me after a $2900 withdrawal a couple months ago.  They also are infamous at breaking up your withdrawals into smaller payments, causing you to not only have to reinitiate a new payout request but also pay multiple wire fees on your banks end. I also recently found out that my recent deposits WITHOUT bonus' had restrictions on them and I was never informed!  I got this email from finance after inquiring about not only my being banned from redeeming comp points but when I might have the bonus ban lifted:

        Dear XXXXX

        The decision was made by management and unfortunately, I do not have further insight into this matter. The decision can be reviewed at a later date, but for now the exclusion remains. However, a benefit now, is that your deposits are no longer tied to any exclusions or restrictions of games or being tied to a playthrough; any gains that you make you can immediately submit a request to withdraw instead of having to play it back in to meet requirements of bonuses.

        Thank you for being a valued customer and we look forward to a continued relationship




        Needless to say, I am no longer depositing with Slots Jungle or Win Palace because of their absurd policies.

        I was banned at winpalace and casino titan after a withdrawal, even though I think I was not ahead of the casino overall at casino titan.

        That is such a shady thing to do. I hesitate to deposit even more now since I am positive they read all the postings related to them on the boards.  So odd how they do things. Oh well.
