I just put up this information so other players know how long each wire transfer or ACH takes to reach my bank account and I will keep it updated. Also, please feel free to post your wire transfer/ACH withdrawal in here. The lenght is various, it depends on which casino you withdraw from.

Hey TAAADAAA,
Hope you can help me. I won a pretty substantial amount at Platimum Play and have been waiting over a month for my winnings to be deposited into my cc account via ACH direct. I have been going back and forth with support for the last week and a half and have heard a number of different reasons/excuses as to why I haven't received it yet. I am at my wits end. I am a US player and am not sure of all of my options in regards to withdrawals. They (live help) originally told me that this (ACH) was pretty much the only way I would be able to redeem my winnings. Is this true? I have withdrawn from All Slots, about 2yrs ago, without any problems. But, at that time, I was using an ATM/Visa check card from my bank account (Bank of America). Don't know what else to do. I am in desperate need of some help and would appreciate whatever you can give me. -

I have never used ACH withdrawal so I am not so sure about how it's being processed but I happened to withdrew $1300 from one of the fortune lounge group casino, Platinum Play is one of their casino. My experiences with support group were excellent.
18 hrs from casino to my QT.
70 hrs from QT to my bank.
Was charged $30 flat fee from QT and $15 from my bank as international fee.

Thanks for your response. I do have to agree that the support team at Platinum Play is top notch. Everyone has been very kind and have tried their best to help me. Since, last night, I have notyet gotten a respose from them yet today. So, what do I do next? As for Quicktender, I went to the site but it says that you have to be referred by a "merchant" in order to sign up an account, so they would need to recommend me to QT, right? What about a check? Can they pay/send me a check by courier? Since I am in the US, I am not sure what the rules are and what can and cannot be done. Does anybody know what types of withdrawals US players can use? any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. I need all the help I can get. Thanks!!!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to say "Thank You!!" to TAAADAAA, wnanhee and allgood2010 for all your help and advice. Without it, I don't know what I would have done. It really helps knowing that there are people out there, just like me, who care and actually take the time to help them out. It is truly appreciated. After a little back and forth between me and PP support, they finally set me up with a QuickTender account and I have changed my "preferred withdrawal method" to QT and withdrew my winnings again today, after a reverse withdrawal, to be deposited into my QT account. So far, everything looks good, but, we'll see. Keep your fingers crossed!! Will let you know if/when I do finally get it. Thanks again!!!
