Last I knew a standard withdrawal was taking 2 to 4 weeks to process. Yet according to the rep a little while ago, they were suppose to be speeding that time frame up. Now whether they did or not is beyond me.
If you need help, in the direct casino support section I believe that was a rep who could help you if the process starts taking too long. -

smelling something that will cause my withdrawal to take quite sometime..
sent docs to the casino support (got ticket number but no reply)
sent request for form of authorization for withdrawal (got ticket number again and no response)
in the email it's stated will be replied NOT longer than 24 hours..but still no email.

just out of curiousity, why would it take 24-48 hrs to reply to an email? EVER?

i guess when i say "phone", i mean a number you can call to talk to someone that (a.) answers, or (b.) is qualified to answer the questions and not just say "they are off, but you can send an email"

See the last I knew, withdrawals were taking 10 to 15 business days to approve, and another almost week to hit the bank. Hence why the rep said things were going to speed up in that department. Yet I'm going to guess probably not.
I really hope you get your money soon. For a casino that advertises faster withdrawals, really aren't holding up there end of the deal are they? You play, send in your docs, and now are waiting. My guess is probably harass support two times a day, my guess if your harass them enough they'll find a way to pay you. -

2. as u can see below i have my 100USD CASH REVERSED

here's the case now..
1. i got an email that my withdrawal is reversed cos i havent sent docs.
2. i sent docs again and i logged in to my account and tried to made withdrawal.
3. once i entered the cashier i see that my 100 withdrawal that is reversed is no longer CASH it is +bonus money. -

I had recently very similar bonus problem, I described it on Live chat and they fixed it after one day
In my case It looked something like that : After making a playthrough the bonus was still active.( 1.3 euro) and I couldnt charge the withdrawal... I described It on live chat , the girl said that she pass this problem to the proper department. After one day they removed bonus money but I had to make it again to the minimum withdrawal( I had 99,7$ on my account)
It's really hard to communicate with them via email. I'm also waiting for my withdrawal to be approved. Wish you good luck -

Requested withdrawal week ago, all my documents are aprooved and authorization form is aprooved, told me live support.
