When signing-up at certain casinos i am reluctant and leary to put in my correct info, such as my birthdate, my main email, sometimes even my last name. Other places i have done this as well. Mainly not knowing the casino or hearing good things about it i just didn't like my info on there. The problem i have is this i find the place is reputable, and i wishing i didn't put the wrong info, because now i'd like to deposit and enjoy the casino furthur. Has anyone done this and fixed it, if so what did you do in the process, i get worried to ask because i think they may think you are frudulant and not understand that you have to protect yourself, therefore losing out on everything, if anyone has, what is the best steps to take to correct this? Do you think they understand? I guess it's the risk you take in either direction.. also in the future is there any advice for this about giving your info?

Im not sure about fixing the name if it was incorrect, but something such as email, just writing support should do the trick.

a reputable casino will value all of their customers, so you tell them what happen, they will close the one wrong info acct and let you create a new acct.  This happened to me at Slottocash, Slotplus.  I forgot I had an acct with them, then registered a new one, played the ndb, and found out I had duplicate acct, lol.  Contacted support and they closed one of the acct.  But this is just similar to your case, just honestly explain to support before create a new acct and deposit.

I was attempting to register in some Bingo sites and for my email I have the _ sign which I had left out (not on purpose) and couldn't get it fixed. But in most cases if you contact customer support they should be able to assist in fixing it for you

Well Imagin.ation If I understand clearly what you want to do, is open an account in several casinos where you have opened an account with false data.
        It is really quite simple.
If you have your way with Windows clear your registry with the keys that casinos have installed, so that they don't spot that you already have an account and make a new account using a different email that the one you originally used.
If you are unaware how to remove registry keys, yo can format your PC and follow the same proccess thereafter

Trent thanks for your response i understand what you mean, and yes that could probably be done, but no thats not what i want to do i want to fix my existing accounts.

If i ever did that i might think they would find a similar account and therefore it would void my withdrawls.

        Imag,

I had an issue w/a Rival before where I enetered the wrong username like 3 times, and couldn't register my right info. The rep took me through the process to delete t from the registry...then told me to re-register an acct using the correct info.

My suggestion is to edit ur registry, and then log in, contact them stating you wantto be sure you only have 1 acct, and IF by chance there re any other open, for them to close them. This way, your updated info is in the system.

          To delete registry files....
        START>RUN>REGEDIT
Then search for the casino files you need to delete.
then reopen software, and it'll allow you to make a new acct.

        Hiya Imagin,

I have definitely gave out the wrong info especially if i am a bit leary of the site. That is a lot of personal data being doled out! I have to admit that later i have regretted it when i seriously wanted to play.

Good to know that by contacting support info can be changed!

I know wnanhee.. i hate that they ask for birthdate and phone number, when i am uncomfortable i put the wrong info on purpose, its not that i am trying to be fruadulant i just want to protect myself, maybe it might help if sign-up didn't include that information until you want to deposit then update your information... wish there was something to do...

I think they will change your information with some documentation.  I put in a wrong address, on purpose once.  But then I made $500 and wanted to cash out.  They just made me fax them something like a utility bill to prove my real address.  No biggie.
