    I remember this story that concerned our license as well as our support team unable to provide the players with a sustainable service. That`s the biggest problem, I mean our support team, we have but we`re on the way to resolve it, I think that`s the main reason of bad reviews. Unfortunately it takes some time.

    As for the pay-offs, if our players do not breach General terms and conditions of our Company, we do not block them, more often payment systems are responsible for the delayed transfers.  As for the rest, we try to do our best to respect all gambling world rules.

    Anyway we're open to any critique and willing to improve. Thank you!

    There are many problems with your casino, if you would take the time reading the reviews of LCB members you'll see which problem they encountered during their visit to your casino. That aside, do you still accept UK players?

    Thanks to everyone. I apologize for leaving the forum for a while. So, there is no doubt that we know how the players treat our casino. As a rule, the reason of players’ misunderstanding is impatience and unwillingness to go deeply into the regulations of service work and as far as we’re concerned, that is not providing a player with information personally and in time and insufficient help in solving his problems. As a result, there is a bad review and unpleasant aftertaste. What concerns the UK players is that they’re excluded from the full registration form.

    We’re already  making efforts to grow, it just takes some time.

    100% crooked!!!! do not play here!!!!! Again, suddenly $3.50 went missing from balance. Had free spins available all day, that wouldn't open. Was told repeatedly to keep trying. 12 hrs later was told that they were credited in error!! It is not uncommon for me to get credited free spins on Wednesday, as I am a big depositor. I counted my wagers carefully. I as well over, They only said that I did not fufil this. When I ASKED FOR MORE INFO...i WAS TOLD i HAVE RECEIVED ALL THE INFORMATION. I could list every shady scam i have had over the last few days, but I am exhausted from trying to get a straight timely response.I seriosly hope that they are invetigated. seriously shady, and so obvious   allm i can say now is wow

  • I've been playing on 1xslots for at least a couple years and never had issues. Of course support is rough if any but usually if depositing cash and play without bonus you can do about whatever you want then cash out and for ecopayz it's nearly instant everytime. They are the fastest that's for sure. I flipped to ecopayz because with bitcoin there was always some missing on deposit and a lot (5-10%) missing on cash out as hidden fees. On ecopayz i get the whole amount when i deposit and cash out hehe. Had great results early and now everything rips all over the place but that is really nothing now in world of online randomness haha. But just saying playing raw there especially if you want hit and run on live tables is very good and their cashback system also without wager is great. Recently i had a terrible streak and finished it on their site instead of the usual and was glad to recover almost 200$ wager free in my account a few days later that could be withdrawn instantly without any wager.

    So if you are a bonus hunter, i'd say it's really not the place for you. If you look for live table play with quick cash outs and wager free cashback then it's definitly a good place for it.

  • I made a deposit yesterday at 1pm. Same method as always. Until now, I do not have any funds on the 1xSlot account, although money has been withdrawn from the e-wallet. I am very disappointed because I still get the answer that `` case is pending, please wait ''. Out of curiosity, I made another deposit 2 hours ago using the same method and the deposit was immediately on the 1xSlot account. I was disappointed with the customer service, especially since I have VIP status, but apparently it doesn't mean anything ..

  • I didnt get any email. on the skrill website in the 'contact' section I described the problem, I got a reply that I was sent an email but I didn't answer so they close the topic .. I repeated it 2 more times and 2 times the same. I pushed away. This morning I went into my Skrill account and the money was refunded

  • Hello.. I want to reconsider the review I made about this casino.. Its a great casino , with a great platform , wide range of providers and games, fast payments systems, but with a bonus system very misleading and tricky.. They have one account for the bonus amount that is on stake, and one for the costumer money. The bonus amount results normally in the result of a set of freespins that has to been wagered normally 25 (but it could be less or more) with the costumer money , putting in risk until 25 times their money, So if they offer you a 20 euros bonus, you must play at least 400 euros of your money , so you can get the 20 euros, for instances. On the contrary, any other casino offer bonus that can be wagered with the bonus money without any risk for the costumer.. So their offers are just one more way to get the costumer money by their deposits and winnings. 

    The cashback system , is tricked too, because it doesn't not  gives you anything if you are a winner on the casino since the last cashback you made. So if you have a major win.. the cashback will be always zero until you lost the amount of your winnings until next cashback. So if you win 1000 Euros for instances in a bet.. you need to loose 1000 until you can get another cashback making the system not worthy. While the others casinos do a periodic cashback system , at most cases weekly cashbacks, that they only consider the last week. 

    They never offer gifts without wager requirements neither loyalty and active depositors bonus, neither second chances free spins , and so on.. like the others casinos do. 

    I am really frustrated with this casino, because I have been an active and deposit hundreds of deposits made in last months and they almost never offer me real gifts or freebies... and they make promisees to continue to be an active player so they can reconsider their position. IIf it was in any other casino , i could be gratify with a lot of freebies and real bonus, so I m tired to be mistaked by this one. And I only use it from now on gor smalls deposits . Because they don't compensate anyone and they are petty and misleading in all the way. 

     

    So If you like to receive bonus, don't never play in this casino.

  • Hello tough_nut , I appreciate a lot with your care, and I can tell that i tried to contact them several times exposing my opinion and dissatisfaction because of the they bonus system aspects that displease me before i posted here. With they do not make any case

    Several times that I have been told to continue to be an active player in the casino so the managers may change their decisions about issuing any freebies after a lot of requests and hundreds of deposits, they only create me an expectation that they could offer some free bonus and deluding about their system as being competitive or compared with the others casinos.

    I became frustated because in any other casino, i would have received a lot of freebies and bonus that I could win and get some money, without have to put my money on risk and have to make deposits so I can have the chance to get the bonus.

    So their arguments and excuses in respect to their bonus system are not correct , because its a petty and sly.

    So i dont think that they would like to compensate my frustration and lack of freebies issue. But you can contact them that if you would like..

  • I saw they had casinio rep before posting here, but I talked to them via email and clearly couldn't resolve anything, so I'll ask for help here, thank you.

    I played a slot called "Munition Mine" at their casino.
    Then I won a bonus round, during the bonus round I activated the "Munition Mine Feature" and won 427x, it announced my winning amount on the screen. (5,764,500 VND)
    Even though I still had free spins, the bonus round stopped after that and only paid me 480,250 VND.
    Luckily this game has a betting history and clearly shows my winnings, but they said the system had paid out the correct amount.
    I asked support and emailed them but only got the same results.
    Apparently it didn't count the "Munition Mine Feature" wins and lost my remaining free spins.

    They responded to the email and said the game paid out correctly, but there was no explanation about the betting history (which is clearly shown on their server).
