          Hello, I'm citizen of Czech republic, my name is Martin too. I would like to ask you, what I should imagine behind "security reasons" ? Along with ROmania, Poland and Russia restricted? I don't want to say I'm poor guy and don't have enough money to play for cash, but I don't want pay for something what somebody else get for free? I have deposited with many casinos, lot of them repeatedly, but I never deposited with casino which allow me to play for cash, but free spins or no deposit are restricted for my small country. Yes, I know we are able to play 1 line for 1cent for hours, but we play against machine, what a sin! This policy leading me to old, well known "thought" that If you loose, it is all right, but if you win, you can became problem. Viva EU. And I know the answer. Answer is: It is my choice whether I decide to play and where. Regards.

        And sorry for the delay.

        We dont have any restrictions for players from czech repuplic. With that we of course always check so there is no fradulent behaviour but that is something we do for all countries. If you are a normal customer that just wanna play and have fun we dont have nay problem with that. You are more than welcome to play on BestCasino.

        No mail! When I deposited they was happy to take my money, now......not a word!

        Hey! You truly didn't get any email about this? I have played at Best casino for a long time and never had any issues, but I noticed that for a few months I get their emails in my spam mail section, are you sure you didn't get them to spam? Other than that, I understand how you feel and I've been there too.

        I've also checked and couldn't find that Italy is restricted. Please PM me your casino username. We'll contact the rep to look into it.

        Rep has confirmed that Bestcasino have closed down several countries lately such as Italy and Denmark. Unfortunately, Italians are not allowed to play at the casino anymore. We've also updated our review.

        Yes, you're right! They should have informed players. That's why it is always a good idea to read their T&C from time to time, just to be up to date with all new rules and changes that might occur.
