The bonus was denied as you have rightly said because of "multiple accounts" at Betchan. You denied this and I contacted the rep for you and explained everything that you said about who had logged in to where etc etc. They then said they would give you 5 only which they did. You then started demanding $25 for an ewallet and I explained how you get that. You then said you wanted $25 to your Betchan account. I told you that would not happen either and that the best you can get is the balance of the chip you purchased. You then agreed this with me and you would only seek $5/Euros whatever currency ie. the balance. I'm unclear why you have complained now when I'm in the middle of trying to resolve this for you.
I'll be in touch with the rep first thing tomorrow about your complaint where I will try and resolve this for you.

a few days ago i purchased the betchan credits in the LCB store... but i havent been credited them (i know sometimes it takes time) but the other problem is i can't seem to find the part of my LCB profile where it used to list the different store items i've gotten and when...

To find the items you have previously purchased go to your dashboard, you will see a section that shows your saved favourites, casino, jackpots etc. There is a Tab called 'My Shop' which when clicked shows you all the items you purchased and the date purchased - see image attached.
