  • I was hoping I could get some answers regarding the site "Bingo for Money". My username is KBRI73 and I have been playing on this site for a good year.I have put many deposits on this site and always get help from someone in their chat to tell me what bonuses or whatever they have for me. Well just recently I won, I won big over $28,0000.  Now I am only able to wihdraw $1000 a week I read but for some reason since I have won the chat feature has disappeared. Maybe I ive them the benefit of the doubt and could be a glitch but for the last week I go on there and I am unable to chat to anyone about my win and questions on it.  I sent emails to the security dept and asked them the status of my withdrawl and they wont answer me. I have saved all the chat logs and have Ticket #. As it was I had sent them all the required documents and for 2 weeks they kept telling me they nevered received it so I am now really scared that they are giving me the run around. Like I said I have deposited alot of money on this site and feel I am being avoided. Can anyone assist me. Thank you

    So here they are stalling for another week in not having to pay me and on this site the longer you dont deposit on the site the less you are able to withdrawl each week. Oh, and of course I tried calling the phone number that is given and its no good. I am speechless on how these sites get away with this. Also I was approved a month ago for a pay out and 30 days later I still have no seen a dime. They keep telling me it takes up to 20 days and for me to go read their guidelines. Its not right that they can take my money with no issues but when its time for them to pay out they do this crap. Not cool

  • Watch, I bet anything that they are going to find something in their rules saying I violated some term  of agreement and hence wont have to pay me.  Curious if they will respond to this post now

    Security and Management reserve the right to choose Accounts with pending payouts randomly for an additional verification process. The process includes but is not limited to a review and authentication of the paperwork that has been received; verification that Account information matches the documents on file; and a thorough review of the Game sessions. This procedure can be performed up to twice per year and depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department.


    Regarding the payout from the 30th January, it was approved on the 6th of February, from our end it seems to be all good and you should have received the first transaction.   • Gee, it wouldn't be the fact that I won big on ur site now would it? Why would I be approved for the first pay out , which I still haven't received but all of a sudden not for this payout? You kinda see where I am coming from? What this does is buys u guys another week in not having to pay me knowing that I lose a little each day of my vip status which then cuts back how much I am able to withdraw from u guys to once a week to once every 2 weeks, etc.

    Please note that your last payout request has been declined due to the fact that your account has been randomly chosen for a Verification Process. The Verification Process is a procedure that can only take place once, at the most, two times per year, therefore please do not worry since it will not happen for a while after this one will have passed. The procedure is performed by the upper management on randomly selected accounts, for security and safety purposes and it consists of the verification of all the details pertaining to the said account, such as game play and documents.

I have waited very patiently and have followed  all of your terms and conditions and its now been past the 20 day maximum that I was told it would take. I do appreciate that your giving me an open line of communication on here but come on.

  • @bingoformoneyrep, I think it is your responsibility to provide proof to the player that the first payment was sent. Going back and forth here while customer service isn't responding to emails isn't working. Someone needs to step in and take ownership of this case to respond to the player's emails and ensure the pending payment is made. Time to wrap this up.

  • Thank you Feelin froggy for understanding whats going on here. I just sent them another email as another day has come and still nothing. I have a funny feeling that Im not going to see a penny from them. Its now almost going on a month.

Now, I consider myself kinda computer smart and deleted my cookies and all but I cant seem to get to chat with anyone on there now.   • Well it seems all comunication with anyone from Bingo for Money has suddenly stopped fro some reason. Still waiting for a response from my emails I have sent and on here.Was I asking for to much an explanation on why they have not paid me any of my withdrawls?

  • Unfortunately, we probably won't get anywhere over the weekend. We should hear something back early next week, hopefully Monday.

  • So I got no where over the weekend with this. I called and spoke to someone and of course couldn't give me a straight answer about the pending payment and why now its taking this long to do their Verification Process when they said  would only take a week to do. I dont know why they feel they do not have to pay out when I followed all of their guidelines.

  • So another week begins and so do the excuses. Let me show you why they are stalling on paying me, On this site, you are ranked on your VIP level so basically the more you deposit the higher up the levels you go. So I am currently at Bronze which means I am only allowed to withdrawl $1000 once a week. Well I have no need to deposit because of my winnings and what happens is every week when you dont deposit you go down  the status levels to where eventually your only allowed to withdrawl  $500 every 2 weeks. So each week that they keep stalling me I keep losing my status level to where I will be lucky if I even get at least 10% back from my winnings. I see the Rep no longer comes on here to reassure me because they know what they are doing.  I have attached a screen shot on why they are stalling and the  latest chat I had with them a few hours ago. I have an email from their security dept telling me that it would not take more then 1 week to process and now its going on 3 weeks and also I try to withdrawl another $1000 today and it wont let me now. For once I happened to be a big winner and deserve it because I have deposited quite a bit on this site over the year and am not some fly by night lucky chump. I learned my lesson from this site.

  • I have asked the rep to respond here, to get someone to take charge of this and deal direct with you, to provide proof that they paid you on Feb 6th and I also requested that they honor your cashout limit at the time of your last withdrawal request. Their customer service is not the best, but we've never seen non-payment issues with this group before. With that said, it may take longer than we'd like, but I think we'll get there in the end.

  • Well it looks like they are going to  do all they can to pay me out as little as they can. I received this email from them today saying.....

    Your account is in Verification Process and you can make your payout request next week, on March 6th, after the Verification Process will be complete.

     

    So another week even thou I received this email from them on February 20, 2017 telling me this will only take no more then a week as its highlited below. So that means they are not going to approve my weekly $1000 withdrawls I have been doing for the last 3 weeks and so when its time for me to finally get approved to withdrawl my VIP status ranking will drop even more and hence I wont be able to withdrawl  as much anymore. I knew this was  way they were stalling.

    And I just try calling them to speak to the Accounting dept and you can only communicate via email so I asked for the Security dept and same thing. 

  • Just want to vent on how royally I am getting screwed over by these people. Funny how the rep no longer comes on here because they are wrong and let me show you. So for almost a month it will be that they are stalling on wanting to pay me out because of their security rules and this consist of " reviewing the account and requested

    On Jan 30 2017 my withdrawl was approved which means all was good with my paperwork and I was some lucky guy who won. Then on 2/11/17 I was declined and this was now when they told me they needed to do their security crap so the following week I withdrawl another $1000 in which I am allowed based on their terms and conditions and its pending and now I cant do anymore withdrawls because they have blocked me from doing anymore.

    Here is the kicker and what they are doing.....Under their terms and conditions they have this....

    15.3.1 Account Holders who have not deposited in the last 60 days will be able to withdraw a maximum of $500 per month.

    So  them delaying my withdrawls for at least a month now it buys them time to where I will eventually be allowed to withdrawl $500 a month and you are only allowed to do this for 2 months!!!!!!

    This is not fair and it is a mean and sneaky way of doing business and they know it. I dont complain much in life  but when I know I am being screwed over from something I legally did correct and have deposited so much money on this site and this is how they treat their players. 

  • Kind of funny how the Bingo  for Money rep has stop coming on here re insuring me everything will turn out alright because they know they are wrong.  They keep avoiding my emails and I am unable to call and talk to anyone because they wont let you!!!!!!!

    I have nothing but gratitude for all that you have done so far. I will be patient and let you do what you do. I'm just bitter that I am unable to withdrawl the $1000 that I am allowed to withdrawl every week because they now wont let me. So that's now 2 weeks that they get away with and who even knows if they are going to even pay me the pending payouts, Fingers crossed.

So guess they are done with their supposedly security check on me and of course took a whole month and just like I predicted I lost my vip status and now am only available to withdrawl $500 a week and then in a few weeks withdrawl $0 because of their terms and conditions. This was a planned on their part

I won over $50,000  and I will be lucky if I see $1000 because of them purposely stalling knowing that every week that they could stall me that was $1000 less they would have to pay me. Its the principle now and I find it hard to believe that their are not others who are in the same boat as me. My VIP status on the site is now gone and so wont be able to withdrawl anymore

  • Just when I think they could not go any lower with me they now have reduced my winnings from  $54.365.51 to $185.40!!!!!!! See attachment. I feel Im going to get no more help on here and will not let them get away with this. This is just wrong and now they are stealing my winnings

  • The Rep said the last cashout was approved on the 3rd but that it can take up to 12 biz days to hit ur acct. :/

    The VIP status change is not the result of any delays. As per our Terms, the stars are being deducted for days of inactivity (Stars will be deducted from your account from the 1st day of inactivity onwards.) on site, and approved withdrawals (Every $1 successfully withdrawn from your account will result in a deduction of 2 Stars from your account.), there is no relation to the timeframe of the withdrawals.

  • Well I see that Im going to get no explanation from them and they are going to get away with this. It was so obvious they were going to do this to me and they did. 

  • There are areas of their terms and conditions that we've asked them to change. We're still trying to achieve a happy resolution here, but their rules support their actions - as wrong as they may be! As a result of this situation, we're no longer listing Bingo for Money, or any of the sister brands, as top choices for US players. 

    They've taken an amazing win and ruined it for you. I'm truly sorry you've had to go through this when you should be celebrating $56k. I can only imagine how you feel and again, we're still hoping to at least get your VIP status reinstated. 

     

  • Trust me I knew I wasn't going to see 56k. I was happy if I at least got $5000 out of it which technically I should of. I can give a damn about my VIP status as I will never play there again and trust me Im not going away quietly. They are a bunch of cowards and liars and I will make sure to post every where I go about this site and their ethics. I appreciate all you did for me Froggy and do wish it did turn out better. They are going to regret that they did this because like I said Im not going away quietly.
