        Do you take US or Canadian players?  I just got an email from Goldencasino but haven't been able to play for a while as a US player.

        hi paul

        i have an enquiry about golden palace casino

        i made a deposit without bonus claims and won up to $190 which i requested to be withdrawn

        i recieved an email 3 days later asking me for at least 5 different documents and a screen shot of a skrill transaction

        i however did not use skrill to make my deposit so i deem this as impossible to do

        it is very strange to be asked for a high volume of documents to make a withdrawal and i havent experienced this anywhere else

        i deposited with my credit card and i requested a withdrawal back into my same credit card

        i emailed back but have not recieved response at which point i found it very concerning and did not feel comfortable sharing that many personal documents online

        i cancelled my withdrawal and of course played through my money stupidly out of frustration over the entire situation

        can you please explain this process and why its necessary?

        i enjoy playing on this site but have some doubts

        Hi tashh91,

        Please note that most of the casino require many various documents to prove your identity. They do it for the security reasons, even the selfie with your ID etc. Anyway, we're going to notify the casino rep and get him here to answer your questions.
