        First of all sorry for my english because is pretty bad.

        Few days ago I registered account in City Club Casino through LCB link, maked 100$ deposit and get 400% bonus. I met playthrough and after that maked 865$ withdrawal. I sent a copy of my photo id which was approved. Today after 4 days I get this email:

        "Dear xxxx,

        Thank you for choosing City Club.

        We are currently processing your withdrawal request. To complete this process, we must ask that you forward a notarized copy of your photo ID to:

        ID Verification
        14/F Yuchengco Tower,
        RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala,
        Makati City 1200,
        Philippines.

        Express mail is recommended, as regular post may take about 2-3 weeks for delivery. Once the requested document is received, it will be added to a secure file and we will advise you accordingly on the matter. "

        Is this a normal and fair practice? I'm new in online casinos but never had that kind of problem. The won't accept a scan or fax of this notarized copy. What's going on here?

        Any contact with casino rep? Zuga could you help?

        My experiences with City Club Casino and theire Sister Casino Crown Europe was really horrible. I got everyday x spam mails from both Casinos. more than 200 a month!!!
        Once i got a mail from them where they did promise i will get a freebonus if i contact livechat.
        After i went to livechat and ask for the freebie, they told me i will only get a 100% bonus and they told my too bonushunter/abuser!!!
        In my opinion they dont do what they promise in theire emails!!!
        The second thing i don't like there are the Bonus Terms. You have to wager 40 times the bonus and deposit and you can only withdraw 20 - 30 times your deposit.
        I don't deposit on such bonuses, how big they are isn't interesting then for me.
        And the third thing i don't like is, i tried several times to close my account at this casino via email. they did ingore my emails constantly. If you try that you don't get any emails from them, it won't work too. After a long time that they did ignore my mails, i did call them and it was expensive to do that.
        Then it was able to close my account, puh!!!
        Please be soooo careful to play at both of this Casinos!!!
        I will never create an account there again, one of my worst casino experience!

        and something i have to say is, go and google this casino, you will find a lot bad experiences from others there.
        If you like playtech casinos, i would recommend Casino. com or Mansion Casino from the same group.
        They paid me without any problems:-)

        I like Class1 Casino really, but i had never a cashout there.
        But they are really generous with freebies. On freebies, no matter how high you are able to withdraw there maximum 100 usd/euro.
        They have a supernice Support and no maximum cashout deposit bonuses. They only have a max. cashout on freebies so far i know;-)

        There is no reason why you need a notarized copy of anything. If they took your money without the notarized document, then they can pay you without it. I think this is the only casino that asks for this. I have yet to be asked for a notarized anything and I am a member at alot and I mean ALOT of casinos.
