        unfortunately, after the acknowledgment of receiving the complaint I didn't hear back from them.

        Ill shoot them another email and wait till after the weekend before taking any further actions.

        I have received email from the Casino Rep. They are looking into this and I was told they gonna get back to me asap.

        On Friday I sent them a scan copy of notarized documents via  email, but they still want me to send this via snail mail to Philippines.

        All I got so far was a promise they gonna look into this. But up to now they havent.

        We have placed a warning about this casino City Casino Club Review.

        Ill email them again and let them know about the actions we've taken and take it from there.

        Apparently I did get an reply, but it seems it went to my junk mail and got deleted.

        Im currently in communication with casino. There seems to be more to this issue then it meets the eye. But still, asking for notarized documents is unacceptable.

        Ok. Today I sent them a notarized copy of ID and sworn translation via snail mail. I have sent this via regular post, so probably it will take about two weeks

        Did you try and claim between the hours stipulated calais28?

        Hi there, i have used city club and club europe and have made several withdrawals in the past and have never had a problem with them before. I am in the process of another withdrawal and will let you people know how it pans out

        And also I like affiliates who advert them, yeap really this is PERFECT casino to advert, if a player looses he looses a lot, if player got lucky and win, he will get paid a little.... PERFECT casino for an affiliate. Hey guys, lcb, have you ever played there?.. You know normal affiliates don't advert such scum, only scum affiliates do!

        P.S. I've lost at this silly group around €30-40k and when I won €100+k from 500€ deposit I got paid only 10 of them! It's not a gambling it's bs!
