        every single time i deposit at club world i get a free chip every time..all u have to do is after u finish ur deposit go to chat and ask for a free chip...they always give one..10xwr 10x max cashout

        I did and responded, thank you..update..I've now sent 5 pieces of IDviz fax as well as the verification form...4 govt and a copy of my lease, more personal data about me than anyone possesses...if that isn'tenough I don't know what else to do to prove my address

        I made 5-6 deps on Aladdins casino and had the worst time of my life.Yesterday they got my dep but then site dropped and when it came back on-line my money was gone.Had to wait till 2:30am for the cashiers to fix my account.What a nightmare.I knew it was not a good time to play.Well now I'm outta $ till after the 1st and when i asked for a comp chip i was told (we don't offer them) So i don't think i will play their anymore.

        I feel for you. I'm still having a headache withdrawing. This casino group has my life story at their disposal...mails, emails, home phone, picture ID, copy of my lease, verification form, govt letters..and still there's excuses not to release funds...today's is...faxes arent clear...possible....so, im sending them a half dozen copies via fax in all shades...will wait to see what their next 'issue' is

        Have the same problem.I scaned my cc and drivers lic and all the other sites i'm on can read them.But not Aladdins.To fuzzy etc. How the hell can they be fuzzy? must be on thier end.Fax they got ok but everything else is screwed.I'm not going to worry about it anymore.Not worth playing at.

        Yeah, I sent another three faxes today..same story, can't see, even though I used three contrast levels... me thinks they dont wanna pay

        if u have a scanner scan the forms and email them to them...thats what i do at all casinos.. never hooked my fax up so i scan and email..it makes a very clear copy..

        i did that this afternoon, and sent myself a copy..if they turn around and say it isnt clear, well, its overblown and i can see it from across the room.
        and good idea..i will use only scans from this point on

        After going through a hundred hoops, rather than pay me after meeting all their challenges and excuses, Lucky Red has decided to not pay me out, which is disheartening after all the good reviews I have heard.
        I'm giving CW Martyn a chance to look into this and the cashier one last chance.
        After that, if no resolution, I will be posting every saved chat session and email with reps and cashier to show my willing to cooperate and their unwillingness to accomodate and it shows them in a bad light, so be it. Lord knows, I've tried and have been thorough

        So, now it has been decided that Lucky Red has locked me out of my account
        To top it off I've been accused of being fraudulent..yes,their words. Regardless of them having more copies of my identification than anyone I've ever known
