    This was there response.  Now you and i both know that if this was the weeklly one that they speak of, the dates are always lissted AND those cashback for 25% have been on this site for almost two months.  Below is their response:

    We have contacted LatestCasinoBonuses and they will be taking the incorrect information off their website and replace it with the correct information as they mis understood the promotion format. The promotions they were advertising were the standard Cash Back promotions we run between certain dates i.e claim 20% on Net Losses between the 20th and 22nd Spetember.

    My final word.  It's like if you go in a store and they put the wrong price on an item, they have to honor the wrong price and sell item to you.

    Also,

    not only is latest casino bonuses wrong, but so is your own rep.  if you read below the rep said yes.  And because the rep said yes about the monthly cashback it should be honored.  It's not like the website itself made a mistake.  Todays customers service is:  forget what other rep said, do what i am saying.  There is no honor or followthru in what a companies customer service rep tells a client. FINALLY, that cash back has been up for two months and we both know that one thing you guys do is specifiy the date guidelines for the other type of cashbacks.

    I'm sorry to say it's nothing like this. It's more like you go into one store and they tell you that that other store is selling that item at $XXX. So you go to that other store to buy that item at $XXX, but it turns out to be $XXXX.

    Who is in the wrong?

    You may have been misinformed, however that is a training issue that will be addressed. I have provided you with the dates on both the cash backs for September for said casinos and the future cashbacks for October.

    thats not what i mean about a store.  For example there was a box set of five cd's marked $4.  It should have been marked $25.  Because those cds had a price tag of $4, the store had to sell it to me at the ticketed price.  You c these was misinformation, i feel i should get the cash back for aladin because of what i was told by your rep. it is only 17 or 18 dollars. give me the ticket price

    I have question regarding of the bonuses at Lucky Red and Manhatan slot.  I deposit to these two casinos once in a blue moon because of the lack of the bonuses.  I clicked on the promotion tab in Lucky Red software, a message appears as "Enjoy our permanent Deposit offer at Aladdin's Gold, 35% for slots or table games".  While I see on Lucky Red web site, they have weekly bonus as folllow,

    TAAADAAA, the same thing has hapened to me at Highnoon Casino. I made a withdrawal of just over 2k and now the most I get is 35%. Even the codes emailed to me do not work. I guess if you are a winner they don't want return business.

    i don't know how much you are depositing, but a lot of the casinos pay based on
    how much you deposit, regardless of what they say they are giving

    this is p0kahontis at Aladdins Gold.  I TOOK YOUR ADVICE AND EMAILIED YOUR CS TEAM OR PROMTIONS TEAM AND WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED.  I haven't heard from you or them since the misrepresenation of your company by your own rep and LCB in regards to the monthly cash back bonus at aladdins.

    I requested that it be rectified by giving me the monthly cash back since i did contact your company twice in one month in regards to it.

    NOW INSULT TO INURY,  no response.

    Not only that, this website is now showing that you guys give 30% cashback the next day for all  star slots, manhatton slots, and club sa.  AND for highnoon it is advertising 25% monthly cashback.  Again there is no deposit/date criteria that you guys normally advertise in the promotion section of the casinos.

    SO, not only was my  problem not rectificed and ignored, but more incorrect cashbacks are being promoted.

    Ok so last night was using the high noon bonus. I was ahead majorly won a big slot bonus. So was going to be able to turn the 60 into 300 or 350 whichever it was. I asked them to verify account because had made a mistake with another club world casino. Long story but short story is had a virus that took many months to clear up thought had never played Aladdins in past and had which I agree they had the old email that had the virus issue and the account name I would have used in past. Cause wanted to withdraw from aladdins had won 250 so if handnt duplicated account I could have got that money. They were right though and closed the account. Now all that being said. High noon and club world group has an IP policy of duplicate accounts. I live in an apartment complex of 700 apartments which share WIFI so all have same IP I moved here 8 months ago and have my lease which proves I live alone and no one uses my internet. High noon was also closed last night on me which was going to win the 350 I believe and that is not cool or fair. The person whom used the account was a year ago different name address etc.. yet they still said my account is closed so sorry goodbye. I just wanted to post here to let others know be careful with this group because this policy is wrong. In a world with more and more people sharing wifi which I could have verified as a different address etc.. is a shame for them to pull this stunt obviously I will not be playing or depositing to such a group in the future for fear they will never pay me that way either. Now I am afraid of my other accounts on real time gaming overall. I hope is just club group worlds group but they all could pull this stunt. I get free internet. Is too late to get another no deposit bonus and pay for my own internet or something since have already downloaded and started pretty much all of the casinos out there a few weeks ago. So just be careful if you share wifi in a group setting they will and can screw you. I mean also what if you move somewhere where someone lived a few years ago you cant win either is insane and totally wrong of these types of casinos I look forward to the day the government of the united states regulates all of these places.

    My apologies for the inconvenience and hassles. We at LCB did have the incorrect data displayed on the site. As a result all of the club world casinos will be removed from the cashback page to avoid any future confusion.

    I have spoken with the casino rep and am certain you have not been ignored and things should be sorted.

    As for the support rep that also gave you the wrong info, he/she is only human and made a mistake just as we did having the wrong data. It is difficult to keep things up to date with so many casinos and such a big site. As im sure it is difficult for the support rep to try remember every promo, cashback, ND etc. 

    Lets call it quits on this cashback topic please and move forward.

    I also used to deposit with Club World however I deposited cash with no bonus money most of the time because I liked the range of tourneys I could play.Then one time I used the remaining 15$ and played slots with my cash deposit. I then won 400$ plus.However when tried to withdraw 350$ I complied with every request they made. For the next 10 days I Faxed info,got confirmation of received fax.Then I was told it was never received.After getting jerked for 10 days,went through phone interview for confirmation refaxed info with my other fax confirmation included.I was told my photo ID was not clear enough.Then I was told I needed to deposit another 25$ towithdraw my 350$. I did and still never got my money. It kept being put back into my play act. I finally gave up.I played the money after 10 days of trying everyday.Then I tried to use a NO DEPOSIT BONUS and was told they were only for non depositing players!!!ONLY!!! CLUB WORLD SUCKS!!!     We took the decision to remove ourselves after speaking with the team behind LCB as the options available to describe our cashback offers  seemed unclear and could cause confusion as we saw.

    Although we will miss out on promotions for our cashbacks here, players should be aware that we do still offer them between specific dates and the you should check the promotions pages of our casinos for full details. Alternatively speak with our CS staff and we will find out the available dates for the next cashback promo.
