    My intention here is to say the truth always on forum and helping players if possible. After checking with the Casino; I have to confirm you were right regarding the winnings being earned on first free chip.

    You've requested a $50 Free Chip coupon code FREEBEES50 on 1/26/2013 2:58:18 AM and requested a cash-out for $100 on  2/1/2013 5:43:59 PM. Casino denied the cash-out on 2/4/2013 10:25:22 AM since no documentation was on file and it is required to cash-out.  Again, you've requested a cash-out on 2/5/2013 11:42:53 PM  and casino declined it again for missing documents.
    On 2/13/2013 8:20:54 PM you've requested your cash-out again and while having a cash-out pending you've redeemed and play with a second free chip called SCRATCH100
    on 2/18/2013 10:47:08 PM. 

    As per Prism Casino Rules: http://www.prismcasino.com/rules/

    "Unless approved by management, Players cannot redeem additional coupons or promotional offers if they have a balance or pending cash-out. Promotional offers or coupons cannot be combined. If at any time this should occur, winnings will be void.

    This is the reason Casino voided your winnings. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience

  • Now that we have the facts, its obvious its typical rogue behavior.  The term make sense if you claim a consecutive free chip and win on the second one, but in this case he won on the first chip which means claiming the second chip has no impact on the winnings.  No question I would agree with voiding winnings on a second consecutive chip.

    IMO the casino determined that he has already played at another casino claiming chips and never made a deposit, so they certainly dont want to pay a free chip claimer. But the good news is, even if you had made deposits they still may have not wanted to pay you.  Actually even if you hadnt claimed that second chip you also may not have been getting paid, they would have found an excuse or term to void it also.

    Slowplay it shouldnt really upset you that your not getting paid.  The reason I say that is you should have known this is the most famous rogue ever. Everyone  knows this, actually strike that statement, ALMOST everyone knows that, I say this because there are few people that do play there, but at the same time most of them probably know its rogue but cant help themselves because its like a bad crack addiction.

    I am well versed on T&C's and the way to follow them.  My point is that the 2nd chip had no bearing on the first win.  They can write any term they want but it doesnt mean it makes sense. They could write term that says if you wore a red shirt while playing winnings are null and void.  Its a term , but does it make sense?  But Cindy lets face reality these casino are know rogues and there is nothing you can say to dispute that.

    I appreciate the fact that you do help people when they make the mistake of playing one of the casinos you represent, but lets face reality, there is obviously some type of mutual benefit, IMO your post checking on things is designed to have people put there guard down, and make them think its ok to deposit because you check in regularly.

    At the end of the day the term is stupid because the guy won on the first chip, but as I mentioned in my previous post its not a surprise.

    SLOWPLAYER--- where did you get the 2nd chip from?

  • IF you had read what I always posted and you confirmed it, I tried to cash out 2-3 times.  No where did I see of figure that playing one chip and cashing out and then playing another offer They had sent me would void previous winnings.    Yes had I tried to cash winnings from that chip I would compleatly understand but you took winnings from a valid win.

    My paperwork did not go in cause their mail server will not accept an e-mail over like 100K.  I had to send it in one paget at a time.  I worked with them to get it in.

    So because you would not let me cash out, you took my winnings.

    Keep it real people, do not play these on-line casinos today.  Go to a real one where they can not void your winnings.  If you can only play on-line avoid this group at all costs.

    My first chip came from a webside that has the name of that chip in it.  They sent me an offer to an e-mail address of an old on-line casino I played befor we got so many here in Iowa.  They gave me about 10 casinos I could go try out with this chip.

    The second chip come from an e-mail offer from them.  "Free $100 Scratch Card Inside!"

    They got me.  Reading that rule if I would have playe ed any of their offers like

    Redeem: BULL200
    Deposit $30 or More

    It would have voided my winnings.

    So what is the point.  I tried thier casino on their chip and like a couple others I have deposited at , I would have played there.  That is the point they want me to play there.  But they do not want me to win there.  If I had done a deposit on a code they would have voided my winnings on the free chip anyhow and kept my deposit if I had won.

    LOL, I agree but what they claimed, when I kept asking on their live chat,  is maybe my e-mail was too big.  Working with them I had to send the 4 pages of documents one page at a  time. 

    You would think if they ask you to e-mail the documents their e-mail server would handle it.

    I tried my best with them.  I did all they ask and actually will I logged in one day and seen the "Manager Withdrawal" that wiped me out I did not think a thing.


    I was going to show you all the withdrawal requests I had made even after the second and probably 3rd free chip but they suspended my login.  Why did they not void the winnings after the 2nd chip was played then?  Why get all my paperwork and go through all the crap till they think they have to pay.    If someone screws up and does something that they are not supposed to why not voide it then.  Why wait?

  • Yes there is a very good chance that if you deposited and won you would have not have been paid.  There is a reason these casinos are known as the worst in the business. Hopefully this thread helps prevent future suckers.

    Oh dont worry about starting a fight , most people here were not born yesterday.  Most will see you as crazy for even attempting to promote a group like this.  Its your money , hard earned or not, your entitled to put it anywhere you would like. As for your Cindy comments, yes I have seen her help get people paid, but also please understand that this is also a big part of marketing , having someone represent the casino and get some people paid is a way to promote.  These groups need all the help they can because they really are the roguest casinos in online history (thats really not opinion but fact)

    I agree somewhat. I've played at this group for several years now, mainly because of the great bonuses but like you even though I've been paid every single time, I almost always have to wait about two months to get it. I've also noticed at this casino group that once you've won several times you get booted off the no restriction bonus list (fair enough) but then they aren't nearly as nice to you.
    Understand I make it a point to be polite and kind in all my communications; and also to completely follow all the rules. I've gotten a real bad attitude from several of they chat staff.
    I just won at Aladdin's Gold last week and actually got paid in 8 days so I have to say I might never go back to the Virtual Group. Good luck to you and thanks for being positive

    Is there anyone here that can help me with a withdrawl issue from club player? After two months I finally got my withdrawl check and cashed it. Now it turns out it was a bad check. The day fed ex delivered it the casino host (vince rossi) emailed me saying do not cash or do anythign with the check as there was a problem with it on the processors end.and they will have me a new tracking number within a few business days. .. Well it was too late and now my checking account is overdrawn big time and quite frankly I really dont hink I trust another check from them..  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    It is no wonder why you are on a warning list at this and many other websites.

    You do realize it would do wonders for your brands reputation, which we all know what it is right now.

    You can try to argue that it is not possible, especially for a casino that allows US players. But if you look at CWC or 3Dice for an example, you would see that it is completely doable.

    So call me dumb, but I just can't seem to grasp why you keep on shooting yourself in the foot all these years....

      Do you know anything about this group?  Its the most evil group ever.  I see you suggested paying people quick.  If you get paid at all your lucky.  Do you actually play here?

    BTW  I don't believe Cindy is with the casino.  She is with an affiliate group that promotes these rogue casinos.  I do think it is nice enough for her to help people sometimes, but at the same time I frown at the fact that anyone would want to put people in danger by promoting bad things.

    yes Im fully aware of their reputation. And no I never made a single deposit at their group. I never play at sites that have a warning sign on LCB, and ofc I been reading what members are writing at this forum.

    Cindy is an affiliate manager , which means even though she is not directly witht this casino group she sure, or at least her bosses, have the power to change things around. As they are all connected.

    The real question is why they won't...

    Also I am saying that if they started paying quickly that would solve many issues , as we all know that 90% complaints about this group is about delays and non payments.

    Also big part of the problem is their predatory terms and conditions which also should be changed to player friendly.

    I know that we won't get a stright answer from Cindy , or even a reply, as she porbably was instructed to avoid this type of inquiries.

    The question you asked was more of an opinion.  You asked "don't you think it would be nice if you started paying in a weeks time frame".

    Why does Cindy have to answer that?  Even further why are you even wasting your time asking a question like that to this group.  I told you in my last post they are the most evil group out there.  Do you not believe me or something?

    Now secondly Cindy is with an affiliate group.  She has no control over payouts.  I know you previously said she has control over payouts. Affiliates don't control things such as that, the owner of the casino does.  The only thing Cindy does is drive traffic to the group.  Secondly if Cindy could control payments (which would never happen)  it wouldn't be in her companies interest to see quick payments, because that would mean that people wouldn't have as long as an opportunity to play their winnings back, the more they blow back the more the affiliate makes.

    BTW this groups problems are not just slow pay, but more often no pay.  No pay is what really turned them into the worst group ever.

    And you ask why Cindy has to reply? Because this is a Direct Support Board, where we are suppose to ask questions. She is an official representative for this group  she is suppose to give answers.

    Since she is representing these brands and here to assist members I think it is her responsibility to address every raised inquiry. If she can't then she should say so, or talk to her bosses and post an official statement.

    BMW I do agree with you that all these payment issues are no accident and they are hoping players will give their winnings back, but just coz we know or suspect so, doesnt mean we shouldnt be asking them questions.
