        Cosmod may have given up on receiving their cashout since it takes months to get. People should avoid all casinos in this group at all cost. If they are not welling to wait a few months to get paid. When will we learn SMH

        Dear Prism casino rep,

        I would like to ask you for help.
        I am from Paraguay and when I registered to Prism casino you still accepted customers from my country. I had then deposited 250$ and won some 1500$ I think and before I met the playthrough due to bonus my balance was set to 0 (support told me that Paraguayans aren't allowed any more to play there).

        I was at least assured that I would get my deposit of 250$ back. However I didn't get it back yet, and I forgot about it, as it is already over a year ago and I became pregnant and now have a small child so I do not play any more at the moment.

        Please can help me to make sure I get my deposit back in a timely manner?
