          Hi Matt,

          I am hoping you can help me, last week 5/10 i had a withdrawal approved and received an e-mail that the wire had been sent to my account as provided on the faxback form but the wire still has not been received.

          I spoke with live chat who said it may have been sent by check but i did not get a check either, they recommended i e-mail finance@locopanda.com which i did yesterday but did not receive a reply.

          Who can help find out how my payment was sent and when i will receive it.

          If you need my username please advise
