        Hello Diana,

        i don t think you re active here at the Site but i try to tell what happened:

        I recieved Promotion email by Hippodrome i could choose 100% Deposit Bonus or 50 Freespins for Gold Factory,Karoke Party or Rivera Riches (if i wih i caould mix the Spins to with the 3 Slots) all up on a min Dep of 10€ .

        So I deposit because of the Freespin offer ,after that checked the selected Slots No Freespins credited so i want to Live chat after 30min discussion  and wasted time for me the Freespins are still not credited I had to bring a / the Device that i m alligable for the Freespins they told me they want the email which inc. The Promotion i said no Problem i send it to you now and hoped they credit me then within Minutes .Not so the y said we have to check u get response by email when done. 12 Hours later i finally recieved the Email the everything were fine and the Freespins are in my Account. I was happy and want about forget the Trouble that i have because of this offer before.So i went to the casino started Gold Factory Slot saw the Freespins are in press Autoplay 15/20 Spins and while playing i thought theres something wrong why are the payouts so small wit normally nice Win Spins I checked and what i now realised was really Bad and making me very sad about Hippodrome ony 5 Paylines in all 3 Slots that i could choose. So I checked the Promotion Email and the TERMS there was nothing about only 5 Paylines No word about this.So I want to Support Chat and ask them (this time the German Support This Guy was kind of people who knows everything better and think they are the greatest and try to kidding me) I told him he should show me where in the Terms of the Promotion was that written with 5 Paylines? He answered: That must be not written anywhere in such Promotions i was very angry and feel like that he would like kidding me. He said what i would  then expect for a 10€ deposit ? I said men are u kidding me  You send out the Promotion that belongs 50freepsins up on a min dep of 10€ , if i had knew that before i had to choose the 100%eposit bonus and not the freespins. He said he couldn t not do anything now and anymore because i have started to play the Spins. Now i was so kind of Trouble in me i wish i could jump threw the Monitor and tell him ... better not ... I was done i closed chat and Logged out of Hippodrome...

        I still have the Promotion Email with Terms and Co so I could device that everythings is true that i told here!
