  • I should have more than "five" accounts with inetbet.eu idea? Never ever I will have these accounts created - like before I mentioned, I do play for over 15 years, I worked for over 10 years as  a pokerdealer at international tournements around the world (ept, irish open,...)and do know the business very well and got a good reputation - everybody is free to ask some other casino reps. (bet365, videoslots, pokerstars, slotocash, buzzluck, clubworld,...)also I do know some personally (Brian from paddypower, Henrik from interpoker, robin from sunpoker,..).
    .If there are evidences against me I want to get some elucidation - I never broke rules against a casino and I never had  bad intentions!!
    And I do not understand, that the casino doesn´t pay me but keep all my lost money of the last months and not to forget: I was invited to become a VIP player three months ago.

    You can post all other five accounts with the usernames/emailaddresses and stated home addresses here at the forum, I have a pure conscience!

    It is not a complaint for now smiley i just would like understerstand your rules or your intentions with players like me (no often deposit)

    AT begening and more all was ok- I know that i played with free bonus often but i never asked a cash out because i never won with a freebie and because i know that rule : a freebie between 2 deposits( at inetbet usa they said me 2 freebies between 2 deposits)


    But why when i deposit now (in april) and since severals months free bonus are denied ?

    The live help responded me : because i used more freebies that deposit  (it is the true i played for the fun)

                              but i had other reasons in others times : because i am  not a vip

                          and also because i have not deposited more that $1000


    i did not see that on the rules but i did not insist only i said that it seems me that inetbet usa dont have these conditions. the live help said me no they are same.

    ..in february at inetbet euro, i deposited  without use deposit bonus and i made a request of pay out because i won. i was very happy  and they paid me without any problem.And i get  was able to play  with 2 freebies.


    then no more freebies  normal i have not deposited  again...  since in april  i deposited $26  and freebies  again denied  why ?

    i Dont remember if i asked again t the live help  but  i remember  that  i could get a bonus  from LCB SHOP  i make the request  for $18  it was accepted  but

    the other question :

    the wagering is normally in the site here at x 25
    AND mine was at 125 exclamation         
    why please - i know that you can change your  rules

    I've heard from the casino rep.
    He says that the reason you've been excluded from claiming free chips is that you haven't made any deposits more than 3,5 months. Then you've tried to claim free chips again and that's the reason why you've been refused. He advised you to make a few deposits and then contact their support team and you will be allowed to claim them again.

    As for the wagering requirements there has been no rule changes, their bonuses run at 25x the bonus amount.

    i went into my account Inebet euro to talk with the live help- he was online- I wanted see with Martin to tell about my status  for free bonus- laugh_out_loud  as soon as  i give my username no more chat in my account  suddenly  the chat window disappeared.
    A technical problem ? May be

    As it is the same chat at inetbet usa : i think because he speaks french and also his name is Martin
    I logged me into my account at Inebet usa : i go on the chat "online" i said hello ! and  same technical problem  no more chat live help in my account:blank window then i checked in all sections
    i did not find the live help nowhere..

    As far as I can remember and see from previous posts, the rep said you had to make several deposits in order to qualify again for no deposit bonuses. It's probably the reason why you are not allowed to claim any free bonuses now. Please do as he said the last time. Make several deposits and after that contact their live help. I'm sure it will be ok.  smiley

    I signed up with iNetBet Euro last week and received the 10 euro bonus (NEW16) which I played through and ended up in profit. I tried withdrawing it and got a declined message back because of ID verification which is fair enough.

    So I promptly provided the required documents and after a few back and forth live chats went to withdraw again, and failed. So a few live chats later I was told it was because I hadn't deposited 26 euro's (which I didn't spot in the t&c's of the sign up) so off I went and deposited 26 euro's via entropay because the cashier wouldn't accept my card and that seemed like the easiest way to deposit.

    So I went for a withdrawal again with Skrill assuming I'd satisfied all conditions that had been laid out to me via live chat, and failed only to then be told by live chat that I then had to wager that 26 deposit (yeah, thanks for telling me that earlier!).

    So I disgruntledly wagered it and ended up with 60 euro's in total that I've gone to withdraw via Skrill and I'm being told that it probably won't get sorted until Monday and that there might or might not be an issue because I've withdrawn with Skrill when I didn't deposit with them.

     

    As you can hopefully appreciate I'm pretty frustrated by this whole thing and why the deposit and withdrawal isn't simpler in terms of being able to use my card instead of messing around with different money bookers (using entropay actually cost me money on top of the deposit I was trying to pay!). I'm frustrated why the terms and conditions aren't clearer and I'm most frustrated in the runaround I've been given by live chat instead of them being more forthcoming with the hoops I'm feeling like I'm having to jump through.

  • I got an email back saying that my withdrawal had been authorized so just a case of sitting and waiting now. So fingers crossed this is nearly finally resolved.

    I have an issue with the INetBet casino. The casino blocked my account and confiscated my win. I finished my wagering on the 17th of May and won 1 330 EUR, i had a bonus of 100. It was my first win in this casino, i played here a couple of times before. I had some serious family issues going on and could not deal with this. I wrote to the casino a lot of times trying to figure out the reason for what had happened. The casino responded there was an abuse of the bonus, that is all, no detail as to what they mean by this. I have an impression they just don't want to pay the wins to the players here.

    I made some deposits. After that I played tournaments mostly. Since the rules of the casino says: «All tournament winnings are cash prizes. They have no wagering requirement, game restrictions or withdrawal restrictions at all.» I couldn't assume that I was doing some wrong actions and just keep playing tournaments. From time to time I won some money in tournaments. I was in no hurry to make a withdrawal but just kept my money on the balance. Over time the sum of my winnings was €350. As I said I didn't worry about the safety of my money because I did not violate any written rules of the casino.
    But one beautiful day their manager added me a bonus of €5 without any reasons. And this bonus was a 10x max cash out and 15x wagering. Under these conditions, it would mean that I can practically just lose a lot of my money if I accept this bonus. Of course I asked the support to remove this bonus because I never requested this bonus. After that they removed the bonus and also the account balance! That is they just stole my €350!!! Then I asked the for clarification of the situation. They said that I allegedly used some free money for the game and instantly blocked my chat with support and also simply ignored my emails!
    Let me remind you once again that their rules do not say about any restrictions on winning in tournaments. From which it follows that the money won in tournaments are the property of the player who won them. So it turns out that the casino not wanting to pay me my winnings first tried to make me lose all the money and after I refused the useless bonus they simply reset my balance!

The reason that your winnigns were voided is that the $350 you had made in tournament winnings had come from a Free Roll winning of $25 on July 16th. Free Roll winnings are classed as bonuses and as stated in the terms and conditions from the pages you have screen shot...

  • Can you show me where is exactly in your rules written that freeroll winnings are classed as bonuses? I can only see that the "all tournament winnings are cash prizes". What is more the word "tournament" is written without any specifics. From which it logically follows that "tournament" means not only Buy-in tournaments but also a Freeroll tournaments too! Isn't it?
