  • Hello. I wanna write about my situation with Las Vegas USA casino.
    I have already made some comments about that casino at this site but noticed that people suggesting to write here. So a story began in 2015 september i think. I have take their no deposit bonus and wager it following all the rules. And asked to withdraw 125 dollars. No one reacted for a long time to my request so i wrote to support. They said that my account is under review. And under review i was 4 months. Everytime when i was trying to contact support they were unfriendly and rude.
    All my documents were accepted at the first days.
    After some time they contacted me via mobile phone and verified some details from my account. After that i thought that finally i will get winnings but not! My withdrawal request status was "in progress" for one month. I contacted support and a man said that i need to contact another man in financial or security i dont remember. But he said that he is at the moment at the bathroom. And he never came back from that place. He dead from shitting? I cant imagine how can casino act in a way like this.
    So after some time i have got email that my withdrawal was declined. Without no explanations. But 125 dollars were still on my account. So i made 10 dollars deposit with neteller and asked to withdraw these 125 once again. But no one reacts once again.
    So who can explain me what's going on with this casino? I swear, if i will not get these money i will write true and bad comments everywhere and because of the you will lose many potential clients.

    I found your story and read through some of it and realized at the end you threatened the casino with credit card chargebacks if they didn't pay. Also it seems your agenda now as you've said in your complaint you will do is to go onto all casino forums and write negative things about the casino. Once you've threatened with chargebacks I believe the casino now is in the right to deny your winnings and ban your account. Had you not done that you would have a viable complaint. But you've just served up the caisno on a silver platter to void your winnings.

    Why are you playing on a site that mostly caters to US Players? Being from Belgium you have so many other options from casinos that pay out within hours. Anyhow it sucks to be delayed/stalled payments but when you start resorting to threats you've just given the casino the upper hand and thus can void your winnings, especially chargebacks. It sounds like they have refunded all your deposits so you should just move on and in the future control your temper a bit.

    The guy won fair and square. Mainstreet has a history for slow paying it's players. Over the years Mainstreet has lost their accreditation from many gambling portals. Whether the guy threaten chargeback or not. Its after the fact that he won . They owe this person and should pay him and then close his account. There are plenty other cases on askgamblers of mainstreet slowing paying its players to the tune of much smaller then this.

    I just read the section to the other site you linked. GREAT COMMENTS AND WOW!!! MS for a long time was the only RTG I would play at. They were great with good bonuses. But they fell and never could recover. Now all the complaints I read coming from RTG is the Mainstreet and Virtual Casino Groups.

    I recently won a small amount at slots plus. Generally how long does it take for the withdrawals to come out of the pending state? I cashed out on June 20th, it's already been two weeks not excluding the weekends. So it's been 2 weeks in business days.  It will be 1 month  since I cashed out when July 20th rolls around next week. I do realize and understand this group has a reputation for being on the slow side for processing. But I decided to try them out  anyway mainly because they have some pretty good promotions. On the plus side I did feel like I got some pretty good playing time.  F.Y.I, This wasn't off of non- deposit winnings, I did make a deposit with them. Any suggestions/thoughts? I also verified my info through the security department about a week ago and haven't heard anything since.  huh

Tomorrow, 7/20/2016, it will be 1 month exactly from the time I initially withdrew which remains in the same pending state. My username is: divaluck.

    What I was trying to do was branch out from my usual go-to group of casinos that I usually play at. But 1 month from initial cash-out seems a bit lengthy, especially for a withdrawal on the small side.  worried I'm trying to give them a chance, thou. I'm just that kind of person. woo

    Some of these casinos need to realize the ease of  the withdrawal makes a big difference in whether you feel secure in investing your own money to play there. Also, whether you decide to remain a longtime loyal player to their establishment.  hysterical. Let's face it, it can be sooooo hard to win sometimes and when you do manage to win, getting your winnings shouldn't similar to pulling teeth.  wink

    No, they told me their bank processing ACH-Wire was down and then they gave me 3 other options for me to get my money. After deciding on which option to go with now I'm waiting for confirmation back. They say it's in processing (crosses fingers) I'll definitely reply when this goes through and I indeed receive my funds.  money I really  think it's important for people to know what the process is like when dealing with this group of casinos. woo When I look at my account in the software it still shows in the pending state from the original date 6/20/16 and ....... we're almost into August. sad I'm so glad this is just a couple of hundred and not a couple of thousand. dizzy

  • Apologies if this is a dupe but I couldn't find my original post and it may not have made it to the board. 

    I requested a cash out at Main Street Vegas and it has been in "requested" status since 10/5/16, two weeks now.  User name there is Donnafiles.  I have made direct inquiries to the casino through live chat and email with unsatisfactory results, just general responses of "we can't estimate the exact date" etc.  I would like to bring this issue to the direct attention of the Casino rep on this forum.  I set up my account there because it was a recommended casino on a sister site of LCB. I have never had this long a delay in receiving a payout and I hope I have not been scammed. I appreciate any help anyone reading this can provide.  Thanks!
