    Slots plus fraud:

    25 of november my all requests was denied. I contacted finance department today and they told me that Its because my account is not verified and they didnt reach me by phone. They transferred me to security department and they told me the same thing. But that's the thing - I have my account verified about 2 months and my october payout requests was succesfully processed(I got money from them in october)!!! :-D After that, security department looked into it and said they are sorry for the misunderstanding. And because I had to request for money again, I think I will get my money in another 3-4 weeks...(Although they told me that old dates of my denied payout requests are valid, but I don't trust them) It's clear that they just want to extend my waiting period and trying to slow my payments...

    I emailed the rep this morning and he has come back and said your payments are in the player payout queue and the next 1000 NT payment will be made by next week.

  • I have a $400 pending withdrawal since 11/2. They're policy is payout takes 12-15 business days, I've waited. I inquired about it and been told they only have one processor and it would take longer. It's been approved and now they say , payouts are done on a first come, first serve basis, this is crazy. They say it will take even longer. This is a bunch of bull!!! You would think they owe me a million dollars. I've deposited many times to this group and I never will again. I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I just want my little winning, it's been long enough

  • I'm shocked! I thought they were one of the good groups we could trust. It's getting really hard to trust any of these online casinos. I know the reps here are working hard to resolve the issues, and hopefully it'll be settled soon.

     On 11/3/2016 I requested a withdrawl from Vegas Casino online and a month later I keep being told its in queue for processing. I have email them and tell me that it will br process in the next batch in a few days. This is very frustrating because on the website it says should take no longer then 2 weeks to process. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have saved all of my chat logs and emails. My screen name is kbri73.

  • This group has a long long history of slow paying its players. They have been warning signs of slow pay on many other fourms. This used to be my favorite RTG group to play at. But i wouldn't dare touch them with a 10 foot pole. They are even ignoring complaints on another well known portal.

  • I have won at both Old Havana and Vegas Casino Online.  They are notoriously slow payers, and they seem to reuse the excuse that their "payment processor is having problems."  I honestly don't understand why this casino group isn't on a warning list.

  • Means that you're going to have money in installments each week until you get the full amount. 

  • I was told to hear from the casino rep post my complaint here. Las Vegas USA casino has slow payouts. I was approved 3 weeks ago to get my winnings from 11/25/16 it's now 1/4/17 and I still haven't got my winnings. I keep getting the same answer from finance department could take several more days. I have gotten that answer for 20 days now. It's only $350 its not alot. Yesterday I was told delay due to holidays. I should of got it well before the holidays. This is the slowest casino for payout. I won at another 12/21 had my check 12/23. Can Any rep help me. I don't know how this casino was in the top 10.

    I'm sorry to hear that but it has been a holiday season, therefore most of the casino rep haven't been working. I'll notify them again to check when you can expect your next payout. Keep you posted.

  • This group has a long long history of slow and no payments. Other well known forums has dropped them because of too many complaints. IMHO, this group should be avoided, unless you are willing to wait and jump thru hoops.

    I remember you have been waiting for so long. The casino has been notified. We asked them for the explanation. Let's wait and see what they are going to say.

    We've heard back from the casino they say that due to ACH transfer being frozen, they offered to send the money via check, you didn't accept that so your payment will have to wait until the
    audit is completed and they can't tell exactly when it will be. In the meantime they have uploaded another 2K to you today on their own platform and they state that this should go through without an issue.

    I have spent a lot of time and money at your Las Vegas USA casino.  Only three times did I win enough money to request a withdrawal. After two weeks of waiting on the first withdrawal request...I did as so many of us do....I ended up putting it back into playing and could not win to save my life!

    Anyway, I just want to share my thoughts with you and I appreciate the opportunity to do so... It really is very hard to win at this casino!  I've played at other places with the same software, but I think it may be tightened up a bit much at this casino. Maybe you guys could loosen it up a bit? I like playing there but the frustration of how "lucky the house is" is just too much, so I know ...I know.....there are a few hundred other casinos to play at....so anyway I guess I should venture out there...

    So I received an email from them telling me basically the same story and so I asked them which was going to be the fastest in getting me my funds, mail me a check or use the other processor and the response was   " both payments are going to be sent out next week, regards". So I told them to send me it using the other processor but then I read what they told you that Ill have to wait til their audit is complete which is not what I was told. So I sent them an email this morning and of course no one has responded back. Well see huh. Thank you

  •    Some casinos  shove a lot of bs at you;';'when it comes to paying out..but their deposit methods never have a problem.
