          I have PM d' you, emailed ROME support and still not response!  Is this the treatment I deserve?  I THINK NOT!  All I want is to W/D my winnings and the casino has not responded at all.  NO wonder it is considered a ROGUE casino.  As a customer, I believe I am ENTITLED to assistance!  I WANT HELP with my WITHDRAWAL REQUEST

          did you read the other thread that he made regarding getting attacked from a rival casino group, well basically he has not made a post in this forum since the 24th of november because everyone knows how bad those casinos are and he does too, and the fact he posted what he posted just makes everyone see how bad there casinos are, please stay away from them, try find more reputable casinos, i know its hard to find them when u r in the usa, but please becareful where you deposit

          can use some help. Have had a withdrawal pending since 03/08/2011. called casino and they claim finance office has no phone in building. just get run around from agent. saying they are behind and will get to it sometime.

          Diceland oh their site it said to mention 300free which i get 300% free i asked rep about it and he said it was 200% and then tell me about my freebies which i didnt ask his rude person about didnt ask them to give it.i call was the same person i was talking to online could answer the question.they i see act like they are money hungry and a group of fruads.dont act like a casino that wants business but to con u out of you funds and be done.Piss Poor Effort to be an casino and all those rude reps that is running their customer off if me i would run their jackass off. if it wasnt for people like us and others trying to deposit or deposit they would not have a casino.

            Do not play Rome Casino I went online looking for top 10 top 20 casinos for US players Rome came up a few times as good. I signed up asked if there were any duplicate accounts they said no did the phone call verify alls good right ,nope make a deposit all is good machines are way to tight didnt win but i got my 20% cash back so oh well thats cool. This morning put another 55 in account play it down ask for my 20 % back they said no there was a tag, for what? He said thats the way it is WTF you mean thats the way it is. He said you can email the manager that email the manager I want an answer from you he just kept saying thats the way it is. Ya whatever

            My husband is having issues with Rome Casino as well. He requested a withdrawal on August 6 and until recently within the last few days has he actually had ANY contact with his account manager. They waiting all of this time to let him know that they didn't send out his payout yet because he hasn't made a deposit but he had already made a deposit it has been years ago. So they said for him to cancel his withdrawal and make another deposit. So he did that and it wouldn't take his card. He would just like his payout he shouldn't have to deposit seeing that he already made one so he should be entitled to the money from the free chip.
