      Helwin, I woke up this morning and got an email from Rome finance that my withdrawal was sent to my quick tender account.  I just checked my account at quick tender and it was in there.  I am a happy person. All the dates I gave you from above were accurate as possible for you to compare with.  I wish you the best getting your withdrawal.

      Noahrome..this is great that you are actively helping customers here at LCB.  I'm sure with time it will prompt more people to play at Rome Casino and not be so worried to deposit.

      I sincerely appreciate your effort in trying to fix the problems that may exist in your casino and putting yourself out there for criticism on this forum however I cannot believe that you allow your support staff to talk to your players in this manner.  I am very aware that I have received freebies however the point is that I was sent the email and the more important point is the manner I was treated.  I sincerely hope you rectify this situation ASAP as this is definitely not an acceptable business practice

      I'm afraid that the operator you were talking to in that thread does NOT belong to Rome Casino but to the Top Game group CS. Rome Casino has its own CS team in-house and are completely separate from the other TG casinos.

      I received an e-mail from the finance dept. Says it can take up to 18 business days for withdrawal, that's a little better, but still. Another e-mail from them asked for my QT account and bank account info. Even though I  didn't want it wired to bank I sent it anyway. Somehow I get the feeling that's not the one they wanted. Like it's not stressful enough to hang on to your money and/or to come out ahead(unfortunately this will never happen to me) then there's all this that comes with withdrawing. No wonder I never cash out.

      Just want you all to know my withdrawal from Rome is in my Quicktender. Now I just need to open a new checking to withdraw to. AND keep my paws off it. Thanks everyone for your support.

      Can ANYONE help? I cannot download ANY TOPGAME casino. I click on a link and I am always told that such and such server has timed out. I really do enjoy their games and miss them!

      I must wholeheartedly agree with surfer76. My experiences at Rome Casino have been nothing short of superb...for a TOPGAME casino Rome has hands down the best customer support team I have come across... I was having a minor difficulty claiming a cash back from support ($40)...daniela, who really was trying...but it was not in her powers to issue it...transfered me to Guy the cs supervisor...in less than a minute...not only was the cash back credited to my account...but...he added an additional $10...just for the good will and I really get the feeling that they do want my business and are willing to do whatever it takes...one thing I cant comment on is withdrawals ...if anybody has experienced the good luck to withdrawal...please let me know. when I want to play Topgames...Rome casino is now my choice.

      I received a welcome Bonus of $15.00 made my playthru of $1,125.00 made deposit and played it. Requested a withdrawall of $100.00 on 8/3/10 sent all docs. and account info asked for and no reply on money. chat telling me I would get paid after weekend. Again and again. Have tried Email Fax and phone calls. logon is new4me2.Any Ideas? Richard

      Richard- Try writing to their finance dept. and just keep on 'em. Whatever you do, don't be rude. I'm sure you'll get it. otherwise it wouldn't be a very warm welcome. I have a couple withdrawals pending. It is supposed to take up to 10 business days.
