      Hello everyone,

      Please let me introduce myself, I am Gyulyuzar from Noxwin Casino, and from now on I will take care of any questions/suggestions,which you dear LCB users might have regarding our website.

      Hi - hope your day finds you happy and well.

      I went to Noxwin for the 1-hour withdrawal, and I found it better than where I had been playing, in terms of functionality, and I got some good play. Quite a few times! : )

      Recently I finally got a really big win - five Georgies with two wilds during the free spins - 75 cents went to $1900...!  That was excellent. I was told (and it's there on the T&C) that it's  a 24-hour policy for withrawals over $1000.

      Maybe I should've withdrawn in smaller increments, but I was new. Anyways, I decided to play while I was waiting & I was told to roll the whole thing back and re-withdraw, minus the $150 I wanted to play with.

      I withdrew in two segments & left around $600 in the account, to withdraw after I got the first two. I got the first one of $200. But I have been waiting for two days for $750. 

      What is happening, please? Thanks.

      I have a big problem with Noxwin,

      Im a verified user there. My Username is "da_lowryda"

      I already made some withdrawal without any problems, also many deposits.

      On 06.03 i deposit 30 Euro and had big luck with Thunderstuck 2 and win 1920 Euro.

      I decided to withdrawal 1800 Euro and made it.

      After a day i decided to contact the support becouse i read about the 1h payout

      Support tells my 1h payout is just for winnings up to 1000 Euro. Ok i wait 2-3 Days ( Have not even received one mail from Noxwin)

      Contact the support again , they tells me it is in the payment department and they will process it as soon as possible.

      Ok i waited another 1-2 days until i decided to login and contact the support again.

      Secounds after login i get a error message that my account has been blocked.

      I contact the support again , down below you can see the whole conversation.

      I want a statemant from Noxwin WHY they acting like that.

      I have screenshots of everything saved.
