    I have an issue with Grand Fortune casino

    In mid august i signed up with GFC through LCB. I took advantage of the no deposit bonus and was lucky enough to meet the wager. I contacted the chat support agent and asked if i had met all requirements and my account was in good standing.

    The rep assured me everything was fine and i should send through my documents which would verify my account and speed up the process.

    After sending through my docs and verifying my account, i was very careful to ask them once again if everything was fine and if my withdrawal request will be approved. I was talking to a support agent from accounting as well as online chat support and both said everything is fine, now i just need to make the verification deposit of $30USD and they will send me $130 total, $100 for the no deposit chip win, and $30 refunded from my deposit.

    From the moment i made the deposit, the customer service and my experience with the casino went from the penthouse to the doghouse. They stopped responding to my emails and chat agents were contradicting everthing the previous ones have said. Then they closed my account with no warning, or providing any reason and communication pretty much ceased.

    After i made a comment in the GFC review section, one of the LCB reps got in touch with me and asked if i needed assistance on this issue. LCB rep managed to get the casino to agree to refund my deposit but not the winnings from the free chip. I accepted and was told on numerous occasions the refund would be done, its been more then 1 week and i still have not received the refund as promised. Every day i ask and they always give me the same runaround. 

    i can provide evidence of all the email and live chat correspondance i received from them showing how they intentionally misled me into doing the $30 deposit, then giving me all kind of reasons why they closed my account after i had done the deposit and sent through my docs.

    Very disgruntled. Can anyone help me get this matter resolved ASAP.

    The problem comes when they send out their player promos, its hard to sort out who is eligible and who is not. They just send a general promo mailer to their players, that is why you get the special offer even if you are not eligible to cashout because of the no 3 no deposit bonus rule. They would have to segment the lists and monitor each individual account to see if you are eligible. Its is important for you to monitor your gameplay and be aware if you are eligible or not so as to avoid disappointment.

The one thing I do no is that the €40 bonus was meant for active depositing players and the GFF50 bonus for inactive depositing players. It might be that the 40 bonus was sent to you in error, thus the agent offered you the correct 50 free offer. However I require your casino username so that I may investigate further.

The reason why your withdrawal was denied was due to you claiming MORE than four free bonuses without making a successful deposit between free bonus claims. Yes the bonus was sent to you to thank you for your previous deposit, but that deposit was more than a month ago. 

    We clearly state that all players need to adhere to free bonus terms and also ensure that they keep their free money redemptions to a minimum or alternatively make frequent deposits to ensure they maintain a health bonus to purchase ratio.

    thank you jason. yes  i know why i was  denied- as i said  i know your rules- it is me that i made an error when i see the thanks bonus- and  then i was  confused  when one day after i received an other bonus where i was eligible  that is all-

  • Hi this is the first time I have posited but I wanted to share with you all that Raging Bull casino wont lift the ban on my account for no deposit bonuses even though I have made four deposits into their casino in good faith that I would be treated as a regular depositor. I was told through the chat romm twice that they would take it to management to ave my status changed, with now luck there. Today in chat I was told that it is at the descretion of management wether to lift the ban on my account. So needless to say I had to tell them that if I would not be treated as a depositing member in their casino that I would not make anymore deposits and I would share this info here.     So sorry to hear about your experience, yeah it sounds a bit strange as the standard rule is that once a player has made 3 or more deposits then the bonus ban should be lift. I would be more than happy to look into this for you, so please provide me with your username asap so that I can perform a in depth investigation.

  • Hi Jason, thank you for your assistance resolving the redemption bonus claims with the Raging Bull Casino. I have had a terrible experience with claiming the 140 Free Spins that are played in increments of 20 free spins with various slot games. The Chat Rep(s) are very bad with cordially assisting with an issue. The Chat was disconnected three times during the sessions I was not allowed to continue to redeem the remainder of total bonus without making a deposit. Please see attached sessions.

    Before I pass this on to the Call Centre Manager, let me just understand this correctly. What is the coupon code that you wished to redeem? Then secondly, regarding the live chat, generally the call centre agents don't close chats on purpose, it happens when there is a drop in connection etc. But my call centre manager will be able to check if they were force closures.

    Just let me know what that coupon code was as I see that your account is not restricted from redeeming coupons.

    I have withdraw from 28.12.2016 and it is still pending. Sent and received many e-mails with casino about that. First I had prove id, so I sent proof of address etc. I Have sent them couple years ago and them  got approved long time ago. Did that againg, thats not a big thing. Next they want to call me. So they call and we talk. And promising taht they will pay soon. Last weekend I sent them e-mail (againg)....and they answer and promise to pay at begin in yhis week.   • This is the explanation we got from them: 

    The player won from the comp points – the max cashout on comp points is 10X the redeemable amount – should the amount be less than 100$ we will pay player 100$ only . In this case player claimed $3.81, meaning the max cashout should have been 10X3.81$ = 31.8$ - The minimum to cashout is 100$ hence we paying player 100$

     

  • Thank you I don't know why that was so terribly hard for them to respond to my many emails .   Good to know I had no idea but I am now skeptical about raging bull.  Someone has hacked their forum on their website  a bunch of porn things on there and the lack of any response from anyone at the casino for over a week .
