Okay been waiting for support to answer chat for 20 +/- mins with no response.  When I try to leave a message nothing happens. 
Not a good start for this first time I log in and try to chat with someone.

I honestly  I don't  understand what is the code LCB10 if we need another one for sms and however, the code has not arrived and I hadn't bonus! The PM  did not solve anything and only repeated talking in chat
