          Hi, My name is Kenneth . My SmartLive casino user  imfinn76.
          I have been a player with Smartlive casino since June 2008. I have been a loyal player. Made deposits, lost and finally won on Aug 2009 4600 GBP which your casino fully PAID ! A month later , I got lucky again and won this time 11100 GBP. I was sure your casino will process my payment , but they did  not. At that time exactly , I had a family matter and I had to leave Ireland to be next to my grandfather for 2 years and moved back to Ireland late 2011 ( after he passed away). I followed again my notes and realized Smartlive never processed my withdrawa . ON Feb 2012 , after I contacted  Smartlive support and provided my new docs, my acc was UNLOCKED and  I could keep and play in your casino. since my moneybookers acc details were not recorded in your casino, I was asked to make a deposit on top of the 11K , kept playing in your roulette and made a fresh withdrawal. I received many promises ( by email, chat and phone calls) that I'll be fully paid , but evnetually I was paid with only 2000 GBP. Smartlive brought some reasons not to process the remaining and I asked for casinomeister's help to rule in this matter. Max evnetually ruled that I'll need to be paid with 1/3 of the remaining , which was 3050 GBP but Smartlive agreed to pay just 1750 GBP if I agee to their deal in 48 hours. I asked for extra time to check my rights , but they refused to honor Max's ruling after the 48 hour time frame.
          I sent many emails with a request to bring this matter to an end and to accept Max's ruling, but Smartlive refuses to stay fair and accept the ruling...  I can share with saved messages all the facts of my case and proov to you that I was honest and all I WANTED is to be paid.

          I hope you can be involved and check my case deeply so we can close this matter and for me to receive the remaining payment I agreed.

          An update:

          imfinn76 has submitted a bogus complaint, hoping they would get this casino to pay by pressuring them openly at various forums including LCB.

          As a result of this their LCB membership is  suspended.
