        I have not heard of Tropezia and Solera Casinos (perhaps because I have not been hunting for new casinos lately hehehe)...but I hope the coming exclusive bonus offerings would be of the delicious kind...the free chip kind!

        Hi again MaritVS! I'm back...

        After testrunning 3 games at Tropezia, and after wasting hours trying to load the game 'Black Gold' and 'Safari Sam' without success, I certainly have some comments to present to you as the casino rep. (heeeey...come back here Marit!  )

        Firstly, the game graphics are indeed astounding  ...but on my low end pc the gameplay becomes jerky and slow, with intermittent stalling! A high end pc with a good internet connection is definitely required for satisfactory gameplay at Tropezia...so it looks like I won't be able to get that!  Here's my suggestion for game improvement, Marit. The animations are nice but are rather OVERDONE and too winded. After a while, it gets boring and you just want to know how much you have won. Cut short the waiting time...cut out the enormously megabytes required for those animations...and you can get faster and smoother gameplay! 

        Secondly, I enjoyed playing 'Madder Scientist' but not 'Gold Diggers' and 'Gladiator'. Not even 1 bonus game was obtained from Gold Diggers and only once from Gladiator, as compared to the many I got from Madder Scientist! I find the individual-reel respin feature very unique and can give some exciting wins when used smartly!  I also like the 3-switches bonus feature, where you get a row of expanded wild plus extra spins with every switch you get.

        Hope you can report all these to the casino so that we players can get much better gameplay at Tropezia!

        Is it just my bad day or is it a bad omen...

        I made a deposit of USD10 to try out Madder Scientist with real money, keyed in 10 in the Neteller deposit box, pressed enter...and guess what? A notification for a USD50 deposit with USD50 bonus!!! Whaaaaat...the...?!  >:(

        I have written an email to Tropezia Palace Support requesting for help - remove the bonus and allow immediate withdrawal of my USD50, or keep just USD10 and let me withdraw USD40. I certainly do not want or intend to deposit that much for a casino I have not tested for real!

        MaritVS...I need your support and help please!

        Sorry for the late reply - I'm in Europe so our time zones aren't always compatible.

        First things first, I went to check with our support team who have told me that you've been fully refunded. You should have been able to deposit 10USD, so no reason why it went to 50USD? Maybe your computer refreshed as you clicked submit and it went to the automatic default?

        Check your emails, our awesome support team have taken care of you.

        Secondly... whoa! Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed Madder Scientist enough to want to deposit and I'll definitely bring back your comments to the software developers. We do have games with more basic game play, (great progressive jackpot on Jackpot Jamba for example) but like you, most people are automatically attracted to the 3D slots, which do require a good internet connection. Like you said though, no reason why some of the animations can't be simplified!

        And don't worry... I'm not going anywhere - feedback is always welcomed!

        FANTASTIC! SUPER! EXCELLENT! I can't describe more...support at Tropezia Palace is like one I have never come across before! Within hours of lodging a complaint, the matter was resolved, and a FULL REFUND made!!! PLUS...repeat...PLUS... a bonus of USD10 for me to start playing immediately!!! HOWSZAAAAAT ehhh?!!! Wooooohooooo!

        Errrr....hmmm....sorry...I got carried away!  Too happy!

        Hi there! Are you sure you are talking about Tropezia Palace? We send verification emails for every step and everything you do in our casino - register, deposit, withdraw, sending a request to support etc...

        All emails are answered the same day, or maximum within 24 hours. We have live support 14 hours a day, every day of the week, every day of the year. We also give support over the phone. Getting in touch with us is not a problem.

        with over 700 games to play, I'm not sure how you would consider this a bad casino. You clearly must mean somebody else.
