    I don't know if Zuga can help or not but I received a 25 free chip at Tropica to play 3D game.  Max cashout out was 25 I believe.  I went to withdrawal it and redeposit it and there was no cashout or deposit button.  I went to support and was told I couldn't cash it out and I asked why did they give me the free chip anyway.  I still have 1900+ in my Tropica account and can't even get my measly 25 bucks.

    Same thing happened at Ruby Royal, I claimed a free chip around the same time as Tropica and made playthrough.  Max cashout was 50.  After it timed out they reduced my balance to 50 but I still was unable to cashout.  When I inquired about this they said there was nothing they could do and I asked why did I get the free chip in the first place.  They said it was an old chip which was BS cause I check all my accounts daily.  I just want my 20 from Tropica where I have deposited 1000's and my 50 from Ruby Royal where again, I have deposited quite a bit.

    If any help can be giving I would appreciate it greatly.  User name for both casinos is cnolley.  Thanks!

    as you know most of the Rival casinos stopped accepting US players. But now there are reports that some of them are no longer accepting bets from existing US players as well.

    I do not think it can be done much in your case being that you have no banking options at cashier.

    However I will notify Tropica Rep about your complaint and maybe they will be able to help.

    Tropica Rep hasnt been around in a month or so. They do receive the email notification when ever a reply is posted in this thread. But Im not sure why they are not visiting the forum.

    Ill shoot them an email and take it from there.

    After this email, i go in my cashier and instead i find in my account only 0,32 euros while the remaining amount of 400 euros has been canceled.

    Now,
    it is clear! I'm in perfect order: I had a no deposit bonus of 18 euros, I played the game only allowed from that bonus and i won the maximum possible of 25.02 euros. This amount of 25.02 euros has been reversed to play with a 100% bonus on slots. I won and I asked the withdrawal for the maximum possible expected from that 100% bonus (15X bonus of 25.02).

    The withdrawal above for bonusround hasn't been cancelled. The problem is we have no way to pay her.

    In your case, your withdrawal has been cancelled due to have 2 linked accounts and bonuses are being claimed on both accounts, which is against the terms and conditions.
