        hi, I am a depositing member but when I went to log in today I was locked out.  I only have one acct that I know of at tropica and was planning on depositing again when I have the funds avalible..

        This casino is tight with its free chips even to players who deposit. Vegas Regal is the most generous of all casinos. Their customer service really stinks.

        Hi vtlady1952 and jakoman,

        Can you give me your account logins and I'll check whats going on for you. Please bear in mind that accounts get blocked by Rival for bonuses. They look at players history at all rival brands and then make a decision. I'm happy to overlook their decision, should they be wrong.

        I only was making a comment about Tropica being tight with free chips. I didn't realize that it would be taken as asking for a free chip. I emailed Duwayne a PM. Why he answered me on this board I don't know. Sorry

        My login is jakoman, same as here.  I have been cashing in the "Every day is christmas" chips, I made the playthrough on the last one that I cashed in but played the balence to zero figuring that since I hadn't made a deposit since the chip before
        It would not be cashable.  I also was planning on depositing again.(I don't buget much for "Online Entertainment" so I usualy deposit shortly after my payday only).

        Hi,my user name is fisher9898
        I requested a withdraw last week, the CS said no need to hand in any documents, only need to deposit $25 using other method except credit card,and would be process in 2 days. After 3 business days, the CS at live said I should receive an email for faxback documents.And he re-sended it. but I still couldn't receive it, though I could receive all other email from them.I posted email to them, no any response.
