    I'm going on a month and a half, they have never responded back to me. Odd to say the least. they have recieved the best support from this forum , and others too, I imagine.
    One knows about the old saying, something is a little stinky in Denmark. lol

    hi blue, i realize your on top of this, and i thank-you for your effort. don't you feel this is awkward, to put it mildly, in regards to the lenght of time that has expired? this casino was getting excellent revues, from not only mods, but players too.
    You know, I'm not going to make a big fuss over this at all. Heres the deal, I made the play-through on one of their NDB's. When it came time to request a withdrawl, it couldn't happen. Not that I didn't want to happen. Maybe it has something to do with all the nonsence that is occuring these days, with casinos getting closed, and so on.
    I'm going to leave it at that. if I don't here anything back, so be it, I won't post anymore on this issue.

    Thank you.

    I did see in the ND section someone said they made playthrough and they cannot withdraw because there are no withdrawal options.  I believe it is to do with all the seized sites.  I guess they have to start protecting themselves somehow.  That said, I hope they are striving to find another processor for USA.

    For about a month now I haven't been getting the ND bonuses at Vegas Regal, I asked LiveChat about it a couple of times, they didn't know what was going on, but said that they would contact management and get back to me. It has been at least 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything. I was wondering if someone here can help me. My username is nyssa3. I don't think I should be bonus banned as I did get 1 weekend special free chip a few weeks ago, i am just not getting the Monday and Tuesday chips or the freeplay on Wednesday. I still get the 300% bnous though lol.

    Hi there ethereal,  I've not seen any ND bonuses either so I don't think you are alone although I should add, I only look rarely so I could be missing them.

    If anyone else can confirm otherwise, please do say.
