    We just joined the forum and we already enjoy being here on LCB!

    Thank you for your email. The reason why your transaction is still in pending is that we are waiting you to remove the post about not accepting your Bank statement as a proof of address. Because we are willing to do an exception in your case, however, we do not want to let other our players can think that not following our Terms and Conditions is not important and everyone will want an exception, because we did one for you. 

    I can assure you than when you remove your comment, your payment will be processed immediately.

    What post are you referring to? If you are referring to the player's post on LCB please note that we never remove our members' posts. That's why we have these support topics to make things transparent so everyone can read and see other people's experiences. With regards to the casino reps on the forum, their role is to find a solution to any problem regarding a brand they manage and answer players' questions or concerns. If you promised to the player you'd make the exception and pay out his winnings, please do it. We won't remove any posts from this topic.

    Hoping you can help me and reply as your live support team is hopeless and rude.  I have made 4 to 5 requests to have a transcript of my live chat emailed to me, they obviously regret how they handled me and don't want me to pass it on.  I also requested to be contacted by a member of the Management team, I get a reply saying my issue was delt with, my 2 % cashback issue was correct after depositing $190 ($150 with no bonus attached) and receiving a pitiful $3, and they found nothing rude from reading the transcript conversation.  They then failed to sign off on who replied to me when I specifically requested a Management person to contact me.  The live chat wouldn't transfer me onto a supervisor.  I want an official confirmation that my 2% cashback is in fact correct and acknowledgment  of mistreatment towards your paying customer from live support.  She was very unhelpful and rude.

        I received a reply only that claims my cashback is correct.  So after depositing $250 without any promos or bonuses attached, I have received under $10 in return, or 4% only of my outlay.  The response email says the cashback verified by your developers is correct?  However, Viggoslots has multiple current advertising online claiming to pay 25% cashback wager free.  I still have not been sent the transcript I requested 7 days ago, did you have a read of it?  Why is that taking so long to be drafted and emailed to me?.   I will attach some of your advertising for you, then you can tell me if my cashback is correct, or if it is going to be amended.  I will be contacting the MGA if you say my return of 4% is in fact correct.  Then we will have a case of false and misleading advertising, and gross misconduct to answer to..  I will be awaiting your response.

    Since you've agreed to the Terms when registering the account there is nothing more we can do to help you here.

    I still need to get my money out of it.  Show the proof that I cheated with game play to support of LCB. It's impossible I never played any dissalowed games or broke the terms.

In the event of this Viggoslots is not obligated to refund the player's assets on the account and all will be confiscated.

    They've decided to enforce this in your case and there is nothing else we can do to change their decision.

  • I have been waiting for my withdrawl for over a week. I had to reverify my documents AGAIN. I already have done this twice. They were recieved and approved. But for whatever reason I had to do it again. This alone took FOREVER because you for whatever reason decided to not accept my bank statement as a form of identification even though it was used previously, and that's the same bank you have sent my previous withdrWls too..... anyways. That's all been recieved and approved bycyour KYC department. I was told my withdrawl will be processed by your payment team within 48 hours. I have spoke to a chat representative everyday up to today. I was told 48 hours. This was on Monday. I then got a different answer on Wednesday saying 100% it would be processed by Thursday. Thursday has now come and gone and was told they would send the payment department a request why my withdrawls are not completed yet. I'm STILL waiting and STILL have heard not a damn thing from you guys. I'm beyond frustrated. I have never had this problem with you guys before. It's starting to get extremely frustrating and discouraging.
