  • hi daneil sorry took long to answer you just got home. new issue for you im sorry now they wont even allow me to log in at all.  i wanted to check to see if maybe just a problem with my computer before i spoke to you about getting in cashier but today i put my password in and nothing happens.....  I havent heard a word from finance about nothing not even to let me know its being worked on.  I have spoke to some manager Jerry he said he dont know if ill get it before christmas SAD.

    So, this is very worrisome and fishy.  I have been a loyal player and depositer at slots jungle as you know and depsoit a lot each month.  i have only cashed out about 3 times prior.  i am very upset by the run around i've been given - more than anything the dishonestly and avoidance tactics i'm getting for last 9 days.  I have no idea if or when i'll get my money now but i do know that they sure got my over $1000 per month deposits (sometimes well over), didn't they?  very upset.  Can you please see if you can find out any more informatin - like when is my withdrawal REALLY going to be processed and sent to my bank???

  • hi again daniel.  so this morning i did get 3 responses from my vip rep, julia lewis and she says she is monitoring the problem.  apparently she was on vacation for last week and that is why i really freaked out as she's usually on it and only response i ever get.  hopefully she will see to it they follow throwugh with payment this time.  again, cant express my annoyance enough with them saying it was sent 9 days ago when it still hasn't been sent as of today.  nevertheless, thanks for your help as well.  i will wait to "get paid asap" - wish i could tell them that when depositing - will get you the money as soon as i can... smiley

It took them a week to respond to my inquiry about whether my account was verified or not.   • Hi Daniel -  I dont know if you had anything to do with this but i was able to just log into begado and into the cashier area so im set there.  They gave me some free money to play.  I did check in my account theres not a thing in there about wire transfer but I dont know if they would put that info in the account anyway. so I will sit and wait and if i dont hear anything by Monday I will let you know thanks for your help take care

  • hi Daniel.  I am back to getting "give it a few more days" re. my wire transfer.  Can you please look into this.  I was hoping I didn't need you to investigate but I'm definitely getting the runaround, a different answer every email and still no money in my account.  It is now 10 days and counting... no real confirmation that the money has been re-sent (besides on the 11th when they lied and said it was sent to my bank that day).  I appreciate your help in getting a straight answer and confirmation of wire transfer.

    Thanks for post!  it always helps to know you are not overreacting and that it's not just you,  I am especially upset because although I never had problems before (other than a few things here and there but was always kept in contact so didn't freak out), I deposited a large amount of $ each month and hardly ever cash out (stupid like that) and then to be lied to and avoided is just unacceptbable.  I put all my "gambling money" into this casino and expect more.  By the way - which RTG (if any) casinos are you aware of that do fast payouts, etc.?  I'm looking for a new casino to play at, obviously, and would love feedback re. how fast they pay out etc.  I have to say that slots jungle was my favorite as they really took care of me and always gave extra free chips and had a vip who was at my mercy (lol) so maybe i was spoiled but this current event is just so wrong it doesn't make up for it.  and no, i still haven't gotten my wire transfer OR the confirmation number i've been begging for to confirm they really sent anything.

  • I am sorry to keep "venting" but if not here, where?  I am also ticked off re. how I am being made to feel like I am overreacting and should not be concerned re. delayed payment (when my vip did respond to me).  Not one time did I get a "sorry and I understand your concern/frustration" or a 'this happens sometimes and unfortunately it happend to you this time" OR an "i'm sorry  we misled you and said the money had been sent when it had not" or a "we value you and appreciate that you deposit so much here, and here's a free chip to at least show we care" - nothing but "it's coming, wait a few more days, etc."  OR "hey, you are a pain in the ass and we don't care that you deposit thousands each month for last 1-2 years - FO, you will get your money when you get it" - even that would be better than what i get if i get responded to at all.  Just sayin'  smiley

    The sad thing is...After they get paid. Some will still go back and deposit again. And post for help right here again. Some folks just don't use their heads. I just don't blame the players. I blame some of these forums. That continue to recommend rogues and semi-rogues casinos. This industry will never clean up. If we continue to allow these casinos to operator on a 'I'll gladly pay you tuesday for a hamburger today" plan. Even the RTG group that makes your withdrawal pend for 10 business days. Before they process it, IS predatory. Those casinos no matter how good the bonuses are. They shouldn't have any space on any serious forum for gambling. It's sicken how players are being taken advantage of. If you accept a bet. Then pay the bet. Quit the DAMN games. $500 a week withdrawals. 10 days to receive it. 10 day pending period. A lot of these affiliates need to have their feet held to the fire as well. Because they go right along with this crap. And don't say anything. But try to get some sucker to deposit. Not only to play a casino game. But a shell game also if they happened to make a withdrawal.

  • Mainstreet group of RTG is good. They are solid and I've never had an issue getting paid. There was issues of slow payments in the past. But for the last year or so i've been playing there. My checks reaches me in the mail in 7 days or less. Never had 1 to bounce. Bonuses are CASHABLE!!!

    Both requests are still listed as 'pending' in the cashier.....every other casino i deal with first approves it then I have to wait a certain amount of time to actually receive the funds...can you please clarify....should I expect to have the funds in my bank from SJ on Mon or Tues?  BTW Tues is xmas so it won't happen then.

    Believe me, I will be the first to actually promote Winpalace and Slots Jungle if all goes smoothly.....I am still within the time frame specified by both casinos to receive my funds.

    Thanks Daniel,  Can you confirm when "sent' also?  I was told 12/11th then told there was a problem/delay and now you say it's "sent' again - on what date?  Yes, please check with that company as it has not been received and I want a firm date from the procressing company along with a wire confirmatin number - they should give that if they really sent the money!  Thanks for your help Daniel.

    Winpalace deposited the funds into my account this morning....on day 8....just as stated in their terms 5-10 business days....they gave me the runaround at first (only wiring $500 of the $1,900) but i put up a stink and they released the rest of the funds.....thanks daniel for helping me out.....

    Slotjungle said they sent me a check....if i don't receive it today it will be beyond the days stated in their terms (5 business days)

    Hi Colywog,

    In both cases the funds were sent within the time frame that is stated. The SJ wire went out after 2 or 3 days. It will hit your account when your bank opens up.

    Daniel -  Trust me had I know this I wouldnt of had them do wire transfer. I found out begado did transfer and called my bank to find out why its taking so long and they told me at that time they dont except any wire transfers not just international but all.  I didnt know myself. Im closing out that bank and opening a new one.  Never heard of a bank not excepting wire transfers.  There was no way to get a check to me by christmas anyway at that time. I got email from Jerry a  manager at begado the check has been sent fedex im waiting.  Thanks for all your help and sorry about the bank like I said if I knew it wouldnt go thru never would of had them send it wire.  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

I have to share this.. you all no I needed that money to get thru xmas for my son well I told my son what happened.. A 12 year old boy said mom as long as i am with you on xmas I dont care family most important. I cried like a big baby that was the best gift I could get.
