    While my deposit bonuses were reinstated at winpalance and casino titan, they were not at slots jungle and no explanation as to why. Seems strange to take away bonuses after a player has made many deposits with no win and then when they finally win, the deposit bonuses are cut off.

    Wonder what their rational is?

    daniel,  i am in the process of getting my documents approved and hopefully getting a cashout from my 50 cashback.  I am truly AMAZED at the inefficiency that slots jungle can pretend to be operating at with such comfort.  Have you ever brought it to their attention that people expect to be treated at least like freaking morons who could have a slight chance of understanding how the world normally works.  my chat with lily has left me thinking that by the time it is all over i will be telling slots jungle to stick my  500 into their customer service training plan.  on a scale of one to ten ....two so far....go figure

    Thanks for getting back to me. On February 8th I receieved an email from Johnny@slotsjungle. He stated the casino was closing my accout and my depsoits were to be refunded back to my refund source (which is my bank). I waited then ten business days and absolutely nothing. I call customer support and they told em they could not help I had to contact finance despartment. I emailed Johnny and finance at slotsjngle and have not heard anything. I emailed Lily and vip at slots jungle and absolutely nothing.  This is so ridiculous!!! I want my refunds.  My account id at slots jungle is espey0008.

    daniel,  i appreciate your efforts on this forum.  alot of problems listed on the many posts above concern most depositors at the casinos represented by you.  many times problems are brought up only to disappear through private messages.  can the replies and solutions be brought to light for others to view...so we can be more comfortable with the antics of the casinos???  i am a regular depositor and my trust factor is still not at the level that i wish it was.  thanks as always.

    Hi Espey,

    Your deposits were indeed refunded 20 days ago. Unlike regular transactions, in case of a refund, we don't get a "special" confirmation from the bank if your account was credited or not. It will appear as "done" in either case.

    The moment you contacted the finance, they opened a query regarding this issue- it takes time since it goes from our bank, to correspondent bank, to your bank and then the reply goes all the way back.

    I will update you when we get a reply.

    If you can take another look: The refunds can appear in 3 different ways:
    can appear as cancellation on the return date (around 8th of feb), or on the date that the original transactions were made, or just the original transactions deleted.

    I hit a jackpot at Slots Jungle. Since its a large amount of money, is there a chance of withdrawing all my winnings at once?  Ive won just under 12k.  I know the rules state a max cash out of 3000 per withdraw but I worry cashing out in smaller amounts may take longer than I would like.  I appreciate anything you can do for me.  Lady luck has come to me at a much needed time.
