        I don't know if I'm understanding something correctly.. shocking, huh?

        In regards to your reply to Lutz, you said there is a max cashout of 5X for a free chip/bonus?  I totally get the free chip but is there a max cashout for deposits with bonus?  Not that I ever win anything to cashout....just curious.

        I'm not disputing the cashout for Lutz...I always look at what games are allowed.

        Side note:  Sorry, Lutz.  It must suck bigtime to deposit and get all excited to cashout only to realize AFTER the fact only certain games are allowed even with a deposit.  From now on, wherever you play, click on 'coupon details' in the cashier section and you will see what games you can play.  If you don't take a bonus...you can play whatever you want.

        No, we don't have max cashout on deposit bonuses.

        Lutz was playing on a free chip, which are on 99% of the cases dedicated to slots, while Lutz played mainly roulette.

        Okay, I just wanted to take the time to update anyone who cared to know what the outcome of my mysterious $300.00 reversal at Golden Cherry that I did not do.  I spoke to Tommy who was very nice and I felt really cared.  He sent me two screenshots showing the game play of the reversed $300.00.  While I was looking at the screenshots he emailed me, he was looking at the link to LCB that I provided showing my screenshots.  We both agreed that the game play did match.  He/Daniel did give me a $100 free bonus for the inconveince.  After receiving an email from Nate in Finance again asking for the screenshots to be emailed to him i received another message from him and it did not go in my favor.  He admitted that our game play did not match.  When he emailed me back I got the feeling from him like "why are you emailing me?"  Here is the screen shots from Tommy that showed someone played my withdraw after they reversed it.  He only sent two shots, the chat that Tommy and I had while discussing the screenshots, and the emails from Nate and my replies.  I hope this does not happen to anyone else.  I am sorry but I have to split this post into two different post as it looks like I am going over the characters limit.  

        The next post under this one will show the chat transcript from Tommy and the next one will be the emails from Nate.  

        If you compare the two screenshots with my game play screenshots a few pages back you will see there is NO game play during that time.

        Cindy: My play stopped after midnight after I was done playing my reversed 100 and didn't start again until I received my 50 cashback from daniel from LCB for making 250 in deposits

        Cindy: NOPE...and I have the screen shots showing there is no play history for that 300 whatsoever

        Tommy: Right, but 40 minutes after midnight, there was a reversal of $300 (you can actually see the balance turning from 0 to $299.70), and then, for 40 minutes, there is gameplay, with the balance gradually being reduced

        Cindy: and that was at 9 something the next morning..so if I had money in my account I could not redeem the Cindy special for 50

        Tommy: What I see on my side, and what you see on yours- these logs are supposed to be identical. Perhaps there is a problem

        Cindy: Oh yeah there is a problem...I did not reverse it and that in my opinion is why there is no game history on my side. I even posted all my screen shots and chat sessions on the LCB site and had many members email me telling me there is no way I could have done the reversal because our records should match and they don't

        Cindy: I have never had a problem with your casino before. I know you are a sister casino to CAsino titan, Winpalace and Slots Jungle and I have deposited thousands at them too and have never had a problem or complaint from me regarding a error on a reversal

        I sent a reply to Nate with my screenshots that are the ones that I posted a few pages back in this topic along with any and all chat transcripts.

        This is what Nate emailed me after receiving my screenshot email

        Dear Cindy

        Thank you for your e-mail. As explained prior, the balance was reversed and the balance moved from 0 USD to 300 USD in the gaming history, there is gameplay after this that shows the balance being reduced slowly. Anytime that a balance is reversed it is automatically returned to the balance, we have never had an issue with missing funds since the software does this automatically and it is quite a simple algorithm, the funds move from pending to your balance, one transaction. It is unfortunate that our logs do not match but we have full access to the gameplay and balance information, we would not hide over 300 USD.

        All was explained and now you are seeking a different answer after we have shown the reversal and the play, and explained it to you,

        The screenshots you provide show the funds were reversed and what Tommy sent and explained show the play.

        Nate,

        I will not contact you again regarding this matter.  I was not seeking a "different" answer.  You emailed me and asked for my screen shots in which I emailed them to you.  What is funny is you state "the screenshots you provide show the funds were reversed and what Tommy sent explained show the play".  So my screenshot of the reversal is proof for you that I made the reversal but my screenshot of not having any game logs for that 300 is not proof, only what Tommy sent me is proof.  If this was your money in question you would be just like me.  You, unlike the other reps at your casino have made me feel like I was a bother and a waste of your time.  I don't appreciate that at all.  You can not deny that my casino software game play and yours does not match.  Did I do something in the software for this to happen?  No!  How could I?  It should all match and it doesn't.  This is very sad because I would never ever complain unless I had a reason too.  Again, there is no need to contact me back.  I just wanted to tell you why I contacted you and it was because you emailed me and asked me to.

        Hi Bonusroundplease,

        I'll go over more profoundly tomorrow, but it seems that the reason why you don't see the game logs on the screen shots that you've posted is because the date that you picked for the report is the 26th, while the reversal and the play time was from 00:38 till 01:15 on 27th.

        Please make a report for the 27th and you will see that it all matches.

        Thanks for the reply Daniel, but I have went through all the pages of my game play on the 27th.  It shows the same history that I have reported.  My game history stops at 12:38:21 AM on the 27th when my balance reached zero until I logged back in and began playing on the morning of the 27th at 9:05:17 AM with the 2nd 50 cashback I received from you.  As of the 26th I had 3 withdrawals, two $500 and one $400.  I logged in on the 26th and played the first 50 cashback you gave me and then I reversed my $400 withdrawal and left $100 in my account and immediately withdrew the $300.  The $300 reversal took place at 12:38:54 and that is AFTER I logged out and was done playing until the I played the 2nd 50 cashback at 9 something that morning.  AND the play/game history ended at 12:38:21 AM on the 27th and picked back up at 9:05:17 AM on the 27th. 

        Like I have said many times before there is no play/game history for the missing $300.  If I did do the $300 reversal I would have had that money in my account when I logged in at 9ish the next morning.  It wasn't there.  I claimed the Cindy Special which was the 2nd 50 cashback. 

        How is it the reversal shows up that I didn't do in my history but there is no play history in my account what so ever proving the money in question was played.  I did not reverse the 300 and I NEVER played it.  My casino history proves I did not play any games when this reversal took place.

        Hi everyone ! I have been following this site for a while now, but have only recently become a member. I have been a longtime small but consistent depositer to Slots Jungle. I play my bonuses to the letter of the T and c's...and have finally had some luck! I have a pending withdrawl with the and have already had my faxback form verified. Does anyone have any experience with this casino and withdrawls?

        Glad to see you have joined us Kristina. Welcome. I had a withdrawal from Slots Jungle via Wire Transfer in June of this year. I won on the 26th, docs were approved the 27th, got an email that the money was sent to my bank on the 28th. The last one informed me it could take up to 5 days to see it in my bank. It was available in my bank on the 29th. No problems at all from start to finish. Nor did they bonus block me for having won like some casinos do.

        So in a nutshell, don't worry, be happy! Congrats

        Awesome, I feel much better, I requested the withdrawl on Tuesday and am hoping it comes through soon! I have found slots jungle to be very easy to deal with thus far and was hoping they were legit!

        Hi bonusroundplease,

        I don't have access to your casino account, but i've seen the exact logs when you reverse the payment and 20 sec after started playing it.

        Maybe you can go with support and they will guide you to the specific page were it's seen. If you wish i would ask Tommy to contact you again.

        I have to say that i understood that the issue was solved after you received all the screen shots of your play.

        Anyway, you will need to talk to support, preferably Tommy, that is aware of the case.

        I WAS a frequent depositer and used their bonuses until I won a substantial amount & wanted to withdraw ($3000).  As soon as the withdrawal was processed, they banned me from using any more bonuses.  Also, the first 2-3 withdrawals I attempted to process for close to $1000 were not done per my request.  They would only give me $500 - $600 at a time with NO explanation as to why.  While they did pay quickly once docs were approved, they seem to make up their own rules as to how much they want to pay out, perhaps it is only to those that are new to cashing out but i would be nice to have an explanation.  In any event, because of how they treated me, a regular depositer who just happened to get lucky a couple times and then ban bonues' to me, I do not rate this casino very highly.
