        daniel,  is this post still monitored?.....seems like issues are backing up and we still are getting no answers......we had talked about transparency to explaining issues and you agreed...please advise on the slots jungle VIP level definitions  and the criteria for gettting bonus banned after making one withdrawal?

        I am monitoring this one, but not all cases are actually a case. For example in the last one, it's all ok. Request accepted in the system and will be handled as usual.


        Regarding the Bonus banns- I'm not informed of the exact criteria, but bonuses are not a must... As a player I also like to get those, but I'm not receiving them from all and each one handles it differently.

        We have brands that have higher amounts, like CasinoTItan, some lower like Winpalace and there is also difference between different players, but eventually it is risky for the casino and I think they have the privilege to decide whether to offer them or not...

        Why do Golden Cherry Casino get a 3 and 1/2 stars rating. They are taking there sweet time in paying me, and making many of excuses about the delay.  Really 3 and 1/2 stars.

          I have been trying to cash out from slots jungle since July 29th.  My emails are ignored, and when I call they tell me it just takes time to process.  it has been two weeks.  I realize that I was lucky and won my very first time visiting the casino, however, I met all of the playthrough requirements, made a deposit and submitted my paperwork.  I got an email saying my paperwork was accepted and I could withdrawl.
          I really liked playing there, but I cant help but feel like it is a shady operation because of this problem.  I am hoping you can help.

          I have Not recieved anything.  no emails, nothing.  The last email I got was from Johnny, who told me:

          Regarding your recent withdrawal request, due to a management decision we have temporarily placed this on hold, as our security department are reviewing all accounts. We will keep you updated with any changes via email.

          Please accept my profuse apologies for the delay.

          I got this email on august 12th.  My casino account is not longer showing the 700.00 withdrawl request as that sat there from the 29th of July until at least the 18th of August.  I appreciate any help you can give regarding this situation.
