        got a response now atleast and they wrote that they are still waiting for confirmation... tho, they have a bank account in the same bank i use and the bank makes instant payments in the same bank even in weekends... still no idea why they havn't received the money. Yeah I know they would never scamm but, this is very odd to wait an instant deposit for over 3 days. NOT TALKING ABOUT THE BONUS

        We just issued the promotion and are trying to do our best so people are happy with it. If you used the bank transfer option to upload funds - it normally takes 2-5 days for the funds to arrive.

        wow, nice to have a Skrill rep here. Hi and welcome, I did use my internet bank to upload which stated as an instant method, clearly that's the problem. I will send a proper email to you in a sec.

        Hi,

        Has anybody claimed this bonus recently? I have been waiting for this bonus now for over a MONTH, I've contacted support several times, waiting between 2 days and on the most recent occasion - currently 9 days and counting. I was previously promised that it would be credited 'soon', and that as stated in t&cs, they reserve the right to take 5 working days to credit the bonus (Despite advertising one business day when asking you to sign up...)

        Really poor service in my opinion from a supposedly large name - I was planning on using Skrill as my primary deposit method going forward, particularly because of the mastercard option giving quick access to casino withdrawals. Unfortunately I've hit a roadblock on that front too, as after taking the money they have requested ID documents, but cannot accept my passport as its no longer valid for travel. Could they not tell you of this requirement BEFORE taking the money, at least? I have e-mailed support, yet again, but so far no response or refund ...

        What a joke! Has anybody successfully claimed this bonus recently? Thanks a lot for your time.

        It's only fair I make it known here, that I e-mailed Rossen regarding this issue yesterday and he replied within a couple of hours with a promise to look into this for me, and sure enough the bonus has now been credited less than 24 hours later.

        It's still disappointing that I had to search out this thread in order to find Rossen and make this happen but I cannot fault Rossen himself - Skrill ought to be careful as things like this can damage the trust people have in their services, a ridiculous situation - they would be better off just pulling the offer if they don't wish to honour it!

        Anyway, thanks a lot Rossen, I'm off to drop my 10EUR in a casino

        Unfortunately customer support can be clueless at times, especially since this is not a standard offer.
