Sorry to hear you had such a tough time, it should have been a simple process.

Please private message Melcb your username, I will ask the rep to check what went wrong so we can perhaps stop this from happening for another member.

I have sent a PM to Melcb and I'll try to explain what happened. I filled in the registration  form and apparently everything was ok but after pushing the submit button no registration at all, I tried again and again and again.

I spoke to the support (Robert, I think) and he gave the advise to try an other browser. I tried an other browser with the same problem and let it go.

The next day a tried again and neither the registration successed nor the log-in. This time the registration was not possible because my username was taken. At registration I got the error message "the username is ALREADY taken" (how was that possible) and at log in I got the error message false data. I there I asked Robyn to register me manually what she did. I have never done this bevore but I was so desperate after deleting cookies and switching browsers and no help. But the manually registration broght me away from the LCB link, which I understand but this was an unique situation.

Would you please Private message me the list of casinos that use the same Whitehat license so we can notify players which casinos they cannot use the same username at.

Thank you because I just wanted to know the same thing. I have no idea which casino/casinos did he mean in the post. For me using the same userID is very comfortable and I hated it to chnage username AND or password. At least some good came from my complain about the registration process:-)
