What do you do if you didnt receive the exclusive bonus when signing up?
The most common reasons for not getting the exclusive are:
- you did not sign up from LCB's link. It is always important to clear cookies and your cache first and then click our link to sign up. This is if you want to get our exclusives.
- you country is restricted
- your account is on a bonus ban list. Certain players are flagged not to receive any free bonuses.
Here is what you need to do:
1) You can contact any one of our moderators on the forum. For exclusives it is best to contact myself (Melcb).
2) Private message me HERE - make sure you have added a subject line and included the casino name and your casino username.
3) I will then contact the casino rep and they will check your account and credit the bonus accordingly.
4) If the bonus is not credited within a few days and you do not hear back from me please send me a follow up PM.
If you are not linked to LCB (affiliate) and therefore cannot get our exclusive you will need to perform the following steps: (However I cant guarantee that this will work)
1) Contact support to close your first account
2) Clear your cache & browser history
3) Clean your PC's cookies
4) Most importantly - uninstall the casino software
5) Once then go to the specific casinos review page or forum thread.
6) Click our banner or text link and sign up again
