      Yes I have...:) I also have norton and this is what I di.
      Click right mouse right on the bottom of window.
      then click on disable antivirus auto protect
      and it will open a small window of security request-set it up as 15 minutes.
      then click the right mouse again on disable smart firewell.
      and repeat the same.
      after this, redownload the casino!
      Let me know if this doesn't work.

      Yep wnan is right! I also did this and it worked perfect. But they said it would take 24-48 hours to be credited!
