Click right mouse right on the bottom of window.
then click on disable antivirus auto protect
and it will open a small window of security request-set it up as 15 minutes.
then click the right mouse again on disable smart firewell.
and repeat the same.
after this, redownload the casino!

I still can't even get to the sign up page. Grande Vegas starts to download, but about way through, the shell changes from Grande Vegas to casino client and at the end of the download it goes to the sign in/password page. This is where I'm stuck.

downloaded. registered. requested on-line support. took 45 minutes to get an answer. then i was told i had to send in copies of DL, credit card, credit card stmt, and a utility bill. okay, not gonna do that BEFORE a nd bonus. waste of my time. i have played and deposited at other vegas tech casinos so unsure of the problem.

WOW! I have had to confirm my phone # 1 time at one of this sites sisters to get a bonus, but that is rediculous rgirlia!!! That's not right.
I registered & like rgirlia, I too waited a long while before chat got with me. I had to give my full name, dob & email in which I used 2 sign up then I was told it would take 24 to 48 hrs. to confirm my details in order to recieve my bonus. That is what the sisters also required me 2 do so I dunno who u talked to, but I would report it by emailing their casino staff if I were u. -

i asked for the bonus 2 days ago. they thanked me for registering, but when i went back to see why i did not get the bonus, i was told i had already rec. it and played it when i had not. i just uninstalled. i enjoy vegas tech sites, but i do not need to be treated like this.

just registered at Grand Vegas went to live chat, after 30 minutes, they finally came on. I gave him my details and he stated that I had already collected that bonus. I told him I had not, after another ten minutes he came back on the screen and said I wasnt eligible. I dont mind not getting a bonus, but at least I give them the correct information. Why cant they do the same.

Unreal , I requested via phone, never got it.....I called back and was told no because I live in Missouri? I do not live in missouri, no such truth, I looked at my account while on the phone with them and it has my correct address and state. As they see to that my state is not Missouri they refuse to credit bonus until I furnish proof of my address with state info.....

I just got off the phone with a rep. from grandvegas & I was told that I am not eligible to recieve this bonus because I have never made a deposit at any of the sister sites that I already have accounts with. That's a bunch of BULL! WTF!!! That ain't even right!
