  • Hello forum members. I am the point of contact between CelticCasino.com and LCB forum.

    Firstly, I'd like to say that the €5 no deposit bonus has been a big hit with forum members. We have had close to 300 players take us up on the bonus. We've also had thousands of euros cashed out in the last month with the no deposit bonus. The majority of which are represented here. This can be confirmed by the above posts.

    Now, after reviewing the forums I see two players who have not received the no deposit bonus.

    The first of which is forum member lollielots. You signed up on the 28 of May. You requested the € no deposit bonus on the 28th as well. The very same day I sent you an email requesting you to complete the registration form. We are still waiting. I think it would be better form for you to contact us directly before publicly stating that there is a deficiency with our customer support. We can only go so far. Thankfully, most players have a reasonable approach.

    The second player is commune. You filled out your information, thank you. Your bonus has been requested and credited yesterday.

  • Well after reading the last post from Celtic Casino, I have yet again emailed Adrian to say I have filled out the relevant details that was on the day of his post 25 June, and my bonus is not in my account, I don't know if he isn't recieving my emails, but I don't think that is the case as he replied to my very first email advising me to fill the additional info out. Ahh well I don't know whats going on, but I doubt I will see my bonus...... wink

    lollielots's has not been credited. On the 28th of May she requested the bonus. On the 28th I requested that she complete the registration process. Since then I have only seen negative comments about us. The only thing that lollielots had to do to claim the free bonus is to email us letting us know that she completed her personal information. There have been literally hundreds of players who have claimed the bonus without any problem.

  • Thats what I have been saying all along that I have emailed you directly and also forwarded all the emails that I have sent you (as proof) asking why I had not had a reply, I sent all these emails to you chasing up my bonus and explaining that I had filled out the details that you requested me complete before posting my comments on here.

    I even sent you a direct email straight away after you put the first post on here but again no reply, so I have done everything you are asking of me, but if you don't get back to me when I am emailing you directly, I am bound to see your casino in a negative light if I am getting nowhere through sending emails..........  shocked

  • I have emailed Adrian on several occasions too and have never had a reply from him, the only time he has mentioned my bonus, was to remark on the fact that I had posted on here making comments on Celtic Casino. What does he expect when he doesn't reply to any of my emails, I felt it was only fair to make LCB members aware of my experience and hoping someone could shed some light on to why my emails were being ignored...... The thing is  Celtic Casino its 5.00..... hardly big bucks!  money  money  money  money  money  money  money

    There was a period of three days around the 6-8 of July that the no deposit bonuses were not processed. Our cashier team is top notch when it comes to accepting deposits and withdrawals.
