    Maybe thats the mistake!? In their rules it says you need to email to "FREESPINS@PURPLE-LOUNGE.COM" , not "BONUSREQUEST@..." as luckynn says!!? I emailed to both adresses and got an answer 30 minutes afterwards from freespins@... telling me I was awarded the freespins.
